Outlaw Roasted Corn — Restaurant in Holland

I love this place!!!! But it would be great if they were open!!!!!!! There website says Friday Saturday and Sunday noon to whenever but Everytime I go to there food truck stand with tables they are NEVER there anymore!!!!!!! I look for them to post where there going to be and they only post one day or something so you think they will be at the restaurant site!! But they are not!!! I don't mind driving all the way out to 44th Street, but it would be nice to know before I drive out to Holland then 44th Street and your still not at either place!!!! I love corn and can be very picky. I tried the Outlaw food truck that was in Grand Haven for Coast Guard; I ordered the Salt & Butter Corn in a Cup and was very pleased. It had a nice salty taste which was a little strong until I mixed it more, very good. The corn had a nice pop and roasted flavor. I quickly sent my daughter a picture and told her she needs to go check it out too. OMG do not pass this place by!! The elote (street corn in a cup) is to die for! It is the best I've ever had. It has the perfect amount of butter, creaminess, saltiness and spiciness. It is served HOT, so be careful. You're going to want to snork the whole cup down, but you need to be patient. Also, this is a large serving! Way more than it initially looks like. I only got 1 cup, but ate it 3 times.
