Holy Smokers BBQ — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

Decided to get food from their food trailer at apple fest 2024 in Mears, Mi. I got it last year and it was pretty good. This year after ordering our food we stood in the pickup line but it wasn't moving. All of a sudden, people who ordered after everyone in the pickup line started getting their food. Long story short our party and another gentleman started talking and he had been waiting for his food for AN HOUR AND A HALF and us an HOUR. After confronting the lady taking orders about our wait time she said they dropped our order tickets and said our food would be out soon and did not apologize. The food did not come out for another 25 minutes after that debacle. And yet they kept taking cash from new customers and giving them their food before ours. The right thing to do would have been to apologize for starters and offer a refund or stop taking new orders for a few minutes and get the food out to the people who were dumb enough to get food from this terribly run establishment. Finally got our food and the serving was tiny for a 13 dollar dish of cheap mac n cheese and a little pulled pork. Definitely will not be going back to their food trailer or...

Party of 2 - we both tried the Mac & Cheese with Brisket. The Mac & Cheese is very Creamy and mild. The brisket is placed on top and is a generous portion of very flavorful, lightly smoked, moist beef. The brisket is delicious on it's own but we found that adding a sauce or two gave the macaroni more flavor. The mustard sauce is tangy/zippy and the sweet sauce is not overly sweet; together they are fire. The whole combo, all together with the pickles and pickled onion that come on the side is the winning combination! We also tried the Campfire Corn. One of us loved it; the other thought meh. But it was exactly the opposite for the Southern Green Beans; one meh, one loved! We agreed that the cornbread is delicious, moist and not crumbly or overly sweet at all!
