Was less than impressed. I made a mobile order for pickup and when I went in to pick it up and told the worker at the counter I wasn’t sure where I set the pickup for “drive thru or inside” and he said that I could pick it up either didn’t matter so I gave him my name. He said ok. There was a big group ahead of me so I figured it was a little behind from that so I waited. A couple came in behind me and he had me move down to wait. He was all about how he was leaving in 5 min and was focused on that that he never even looked or passed along that I was waiting for my food. After I had waited 15 plus minutes and he was gone I looked at monitors and didn’t appear like anything that was my order up there and I asked again to the other worker and he said “ohh he never told me”. My food had been sitting there the ENTIRE time. The worker was too busy worrying about getting bc out of work on time and ordering his food to pay any attention to getting me my food. I should have made them remake my food as it ended up being cold. But I was so frustrated I left. And then they didn’t even have the order right...
Read moreMy son and I wanted to get on here and make sure we recognized one of your employees, Summer. What a wonderful human being. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker at the drive through she was SOO kind. Then we pull up to the window and her awesome smile, kind heart and vibrant personality MADE our day. I had the worst day and she honestly made it better. It wasn't the food but the service, that made our experience. We pulled away and even my 11year old son commented on how kind she is. ( You don't see if very often) Excellent customer service barely exists these days. Most of these younger kids can't even say hello! She truly is so wonderful and your company is beyond lucky to have her. I own my own company and I would be ecstatic to have an employee like her! I hope she's a manager and you hold on to that one! My boyfriend ordered a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich and both were visibly old, looked to have sat under a heat lamp for who KNOWS how long, then assumably, re-fried to attempt to "freshen" it up.... When he went back to have them remake it, the cashier claimed that it was "the oil" that made the food horribly disgusting looking and tasting (he's not picky, he tried a small bite of each). He asked for his money back, and the girl was rude to him, made him come back out to the car to bring his drink in to refund the money for it...
