Where is the negative 10 star? Second time I've orders here and I wait my 20 minutes go in the store and nobody's even touch the order now my kids again won't get to have the pizza that I promised them because I don't have time to wait longer I can't even get a refund on the payment I made on the Casey's app because the manager is not available so if I'm lucky tomorrow somebody will look at my order ticket and give me a credit I wouldn't go back here ever again Casey's and Hollister do not come back here what a joke I've been calling the store for 15 minutes straight trying to get someone to answer the phone, after I turned my truck around since no one answering to resolve the credit issue,, drive back to the store.. I carry my phone inside the store with it ringing and the phone is not ringing and they don't know why but their phone doesn't ring so tell me how do you order a pizza if their phone doesn't ring how does the store even make any money doesn't the manager have any idea what's going on with the store??? Read moreI frequently use Casey's service stations for my fuel purchases, and the occasional snack. I was excited to see a Casey's location only 4 minutes from my new residence, until I stopped there a few times. This is perhaps the most poorly run Casey's I have ever encountered.
They consistently have one or more fuel pumps out of service on any given day (and they remain that way sometimes for several weeks). Recently we stopped for fuel, only to find HALF of the pumps out of service. When we tried to get fuel at an "operational" pump, it wouldn't accept the credit card. Another customer attempted to use the same pump and she received the same error message.
The store often is not really clean, including the restroom. While many of the staff provide adequate customer service, I have seen some employees that are completely indifferent about their jobs.
Management needs to be aware of all aspects of a store's operation, and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction. This is not the case with this particular store. I will not be returning to this location...
Read moreI'd give negative stars to the Hollister location if I could. Ordered a pizza online to pick up on my way home from work. When I got there the Girl "working" the kitchen has her cellphone hooked up to her headphones, and was having a full blown conversation the whole time. After about 10 minutes of waiting patiently I asked if I could have service. She either didn't hear me over her conversation or didn't care to. There were about 5 orders sitting above the oven at this point. I waited patiently another 10-15 minutes before I guess she realized it was her smoke break time without her ever even asking what I needed or making contact. On her way out I asked if she could take a second to see if my order was ready. She rolled her eyes, walked back into the kitchen, grabbed my order, slid it onto the counter. Then walked outside to light up a cigarette and continue her phone conversation. It's a shame they hire such disrespectful people here. Don't waste your time here, go to the Branson...
