Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Hollister

Honestly this Dutch bros never fails to disappoint me. Their drinks are always so horrible at this location. Last time they wouldn’t even remake my drink despite how watery it was. I contacted customer support and they gave me a free drink reward. I went back today to get a drink and once again they made my drink horrible. I ordered a large golden eagle and added pumpkin, caramel, & cookie butter drizzle. They handed me my drink and it had none of the drizzles and looks very watery. I told the cashier this and she gave the drink back to the barista and they double checked to see that it said the drizzles, in which it did bc I ordered it. Then I see the barista proceed to get a different cup that just had pumpkin drizzle btw, she just poured my already made drink that already had soft top and everything on top into the other cup. Ridiculous! If I’m paying nearly $10 and they made a mistake on my drink at least remake it! Don’t just pour an already made drink with soft top into another cup and call it a day! Pure laziness. I also asked for light ice and I kid you not they gave me 3 ice cubes. This location is full of untrained, lazy baristas that never make drinks right and never take the time to do so either. While I was waiting for them to remake my drink correctly, I heard another employee telling their coworkers that whoever organized the syrups, milk, etc stuff they use that they were putting all of the old stuff in the back and new stuff in the front to use.

Nonetheless I’m not sure what’s wrong with this Hollister location but it is awful. I have been here several times and have even been told my feedback would be given to the store so they can make drinks better but if anything it has gotten worse. They need to correctly train people and make drinks good! All of the other Dutch bros I have never had this issue,...

First time having a Dutch Bros - I really wasn't sure what to expect - whether it would be like Dunkin' or Starbucks. Expectations exceeded! I tried their Iced Nitro Cold Brew (I think with Annihilator (Chocolate Macadamia Nut) flavoring?) with a foam top - and wow! It was SO good. For reference, one of my favorite canned coffees is La Colombe's Draft Lattes in Hazelnut. The servers there were all so in sync and the service was excellent, positive and professional, even if they were busy. It feels like the In-N-Out of coffee chains (at least from my perspective). Hats off to them!

Edit: Came back later to edit this review because I remembered the server who first served me was condescending and a little impatient. Just watch out for her. Shan't be going back. I don't care if she is offended...

I can’t say enough good things about Dutch Bros! Every time I go, the energy is so positive and welcoming, but my last visit seriously blew me away. The staff here are not only super friendly, but they actually took the time to help us create a brand-new drink just for us! They were so patient, listened to what flavors we liked, and made the experience so much fun.

It honestly felt like they cared about making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and the drink turned out amazing! You can tell the people here love what they do—it’s not just about getting coffee, it’s about having a good time and feeling good when you leave.
