TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Hollister

This is my 1st time at this particular Togo's location. I witnessed something really terrible at this store. A customer that it had ordered earlier for to go did not get the correct order. When she approached the 2 girls in the front one of them was name Sammy I believe a little bit on the heavy side and the other girl was Camille The customer asked for a refund because her chicken salad had no chicken and they forgot to put the dressing in .she explained to the Girls that she had driven 20 minutes back to that location to either get a refund or have them make the salad correctly. Both girls acted completely and appropriately by saying that there is no general manager on site and they are the only ones allowed to issue a refund. I was completely appalled and so was the customer. She demanded they call the general manager and issue of her a refund or At least reimburse or for the gas ride over. The girls repeatedly said there's nothing they could do and kind of laughed at the woman asking for a refund. So of course me being in the service industry for over 10 years in management I had to step in and point out to the girls that I ate recognize their bag behavior and they should really re evaluate the way that they are talking to this guest. Even snickering and laughing the customer of course got extremely irate with the girls very frustrated And made one of the girls cry but it was well deserved she should not have been combative in rude to the guest. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because the gentleman that was helping me make my sandwiches was very polite And helpful he even made small talk conversation as he was making the sandwiches which was very inviting. I definitely suggest the management team have a serious talk with Camille and Sammy about their bag behavior with this guy guest and possibly even send them back to training on how to treat customers with the service that they deserve as a...

I'm a Togo's lover, and the Hollister Togo's is one of the best. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I like to customize my sandwich, and the sandwich makers are always patient and willing to make the changes. They're skilled at making small talk with the customers and are quick to make right any mistakes. Some of my favorite employees are Paul, Sammy, Morgan, and Camille. I know the sandwich is going to be good if they're making it.

I also appreciate the professionalism at this store. Too often I see workers on cell phones when they should be working, but that is never the case here. Kudos to Hollister's Togo's. Keep up the good work! You'll always be my favorite sandwich shop!

Lt me just say I love ToGos! Being a San Jose native we were always at togos for their delicious sandwiches. I'm not here to knock Togo's, but I ordered the Farmer's Salad yesterday with doubl chicken and feta and got very ill a few hours later. I was sure it had to be the salad because I didn't eat any else yesterday. I almost ended up in the ER. After missing my niece's birthday party I finally vomited the salad and felt better.
