Toaster equipment was broken, which it is what it is. However when an individual doesn't want to be there and work with a decent attitude, quite frankly it just ruins the appetite. I regularly came for its location near my job but I'd rather drive out and spend my money elsewhere. There are better subways out there folks, business owners and employees who care about what they do and are about. This isn't one of them. Sitting in back with her friend(coworker) while one employee/manager is upfront, getting her attention and attending everyone. She then brings herself to assist me, couldn't even separate the cheese and just passes the sub to someone else while I'm staring at a butchered piece of bread. Read moreI came in yesterday to make two foot long subs order, and the lady that works there asked me for which bread, and I said the whole wheat tuna melt, she was about to toast the bread with the tuna, and I asked politely to toast only the bread and the cheese, she started shaking off her head and looked so annoyed, and then she took the next customer order, after the bread was toasted she brought it out and left it there and continued to finish the other customer that came after me, I asked her to finish mine and she was “oh my god” and also not wearing a face mask.
