Arrived at this location approximately 9:25pm Friday 22nd 2013 after the dining area/lobby was closed but drive through was open. Made an order, very simple nothing complex, or unusual. (Grilled Chicken Strip Salad, and a Chicken Teriyaki 6" sub) got home checked order, Chicken was missing from the salad. Not a big deal things happen, stuff gets forgotten, but time to drive back and have this corrected.
I made it clear that I was unhappy, without being loud, unruly or obnoxious. I kept a civil smile on my face the entire time. The individual who appeared to be running the store, Tyler, knew immediately that the chicken was missing from the salad. Offered to fix, it asked how I would like it fixed, I expressed that I really did not care, but he needed to fix it.
This was fixed with no hassle, which would earn several compliments, had we not opened the salad and found hair, light in color, but at least twice the length of my own hair, so too long to possibly be mine, and wrong color to possibly be my fiance's.
I have never had a problem with Subways at other locations before, but I have previously visited this subway and noted that the staff seemed inexperienced, and not knowledgeable about the products they serve.
A mistake can be expected, it can be even forgiven. With time an employee might learn to overcome inexperience. I write this now because there were too many problems in one order, with this single specific restaurant to be...

I handed my pre paid Visa card to the extremely rude sixty ish employee, who looked like she just rolled out of bed and smelled like she smoked 8 cigarettes on her way in, she informed me that my form of payment wasn't accepted ?!? I inquired and explained it was to be ran as a Visa debit and her response was "We only take subway gift cards" in an very loud and unpleasant tone. I attempted to explain that this form of payment...a VISA, was accepted and to simply run as a VISA. I told her to view the back where it states "use wherever Visa is accepted" Her reply was to yank the bag back thru the window, grumbling under her breath, shut the window and walk away!! I sat there in shock...What just happened? She was gone, as why my sandeich! This type of customer service experience is 💯 why Subway in Holly is always empty. Read moreI came here to get my daughter her birthday sub. She wants a meatball sub toasted with parm cheese every year for her birthday dinner. The girl asks me if I want to tip I said I'm sorry I don't have enough on my card to tip tonight. She says well you can give me cash. I always tip when I order but couldn't tonight. She got instant attitude. When I pulled away I check my daughter's sub and it's made wrong and squeezed at the top. When I open it the hot meatballs and sauce pour down my hand. Not toasted and covered in mozzarella. I go back in to ask for it to be made right and the girl says we don't use parm cheese. I said yes you do. I get these all the time. She yells the manager is in the red car if you want to talk to her. I said no I just want my sub made right. Then when the manager comes in she asks why the sub looks like it does and the girl tries telling her I squeezed it!
