āTwas a dark a dreary night. My GPS had failed me. I was running on empty, both literally and metaphorically. In desperation I took the exit, Grange Hall Road, hoping, praying that I could find refuge from the dark unknown. I began to drift into a daze as delusions of hunger overtook me, and I soon began to lose sight of what was real and imaginary. It was as though I was fading into the abyss, when suddenlyāon the distant horizon, something appeared. It was small at first, faint, like a whisper, but it began to grow. A dull purple light in the distance, growing brighter and nearer. And as I approached it, on the brink of slipping into complete madness, I saw it. A Taco Bell sign. Praying to whatever gods would listen, I desperately forged through the darkness towards the light. When I arrived, it was surreal. The clouds of delusion were lifted as soon as I crossed the thresholds of those golden doors, and with a euphoric delight I approached the counter and placed my order: a crunchwrap supreme combo with a baja blast. My friends, to describe this as food would be an injustice that I could not bear to do unto you, this was the cuisine of the Gods. Libraries containing the pinnacle of the worldās literature donāt posses the words to describe the beauty that this fine sustenance emanated. Of course, for every pleasure in this life, there is displeasure, and when one dines as if they were a God, they may find that their body, more specifically their digestive system, is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy order number was 964396. I placed my order at 1130pm on july 19th. I received a notification that I would recieve my order at 1204 am on july 20th. At 130 I called the taco bell after contacting the driver whom told me she didn't mean to accept the order and she tried to cancel it but it was stuck in limbo. While on the phone with taco bell employee I asked if the order had been sitting a long time. He said it was ready for pickup at 12am. I asked if it could be made fresh and he said he would ask his manager. When I arrived at 155 to pick up my order they handed me the 2 hr old cold food a melted Baja blast mt dew. They replaced the freeze with a new one but did nothing about my cold food. Poor customer service. As formerly in a retail business I was taught you always take care of the customer even if it wasn't you companies fault a failure occurred. Im highly dissatisfied about how this matter was handled. I know it wasn't taco bells failure, however using there mobile app to order my food I feel like they should be taking some form of accountability for the failure instead of serving me cold sub par food. So sad as I had previously given them 5 stars. Will not be using their mobile app or going here on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just want to say the food here is always good but whoever is running the window is awful. She made me feel like garbage and I actually cried and could not eat my food the whole way home. I had placed a mobile order so I spoke my name at the speaker. The young girl over the speaker I could hardly understand, I misheard her and thought she had said āplease pull forwardā so I did so. At the window she says āNext time can you PLEASE wait for me to finish reading back your order to you? If my boss was standing next to me I would have gotten wrote up for that. I would have gotten in troubleā I simply stated I was sorry as I truly was and it was a misunderstanding but she kept going on about how she was having that ātypeā of day also. Mind you my sister was sitting right next to me just as confused and upset as I was. I wasnāt having any TYPE OF DAY until you blamed everything on me for a misunderstanding. Iāve worked in customer service for 8 years in pizza and would have NEVER said that to anyone. If anything you should be wrote up for saying that to me and making my experience terrible. Holly is a terrible place and so are the people...
