I will never go to this location again after seeing how an elderly veteran using a cane was treated. This gentleman came in with his Dunkin Donut reusable mug and asked for a coffee refill , He was told no. After explaining that his understanding was when you purchased the mug, you got a free coffee, he was told this location does not participate in that. He said oh OK then I’ll just pay for the coffee. That he was told they couldn’t put the coffee in the mug. They would had to give him a cup, and he would have to transfer it to his mug himself. Then he said well since I’m paying for the coffee the sign says if you buy a coffee, you get a free doughnut can I get a donut, they explained to him you can only get a free donut if you use the app on your phone, being elderly and the internet not working on his phone, he was unable to access the app and didn’t wanna hold up the line t to which he then said it’s OK. I’ll just pay for my donut also. So they charged him for his coffee and donut and watched him struggle to pour the coffee into his own mug, he paid , thanked them and then left , upon reflection. I wish I would have just walked out and not given them any of my money. If this is the way this establishment treats the elderly and veterans, I will never go...
Read moreRight off the bat the server was extremely moody and irritated by something. She gave me attitude and I ignored it and tried to be as polite as possible. When I received my drink it wasn’t at all what I ordered or what I usually order. When I told the server that this isn’t what I ordered I was told that it was. I tried explaining how I never even order these types of drinks, and the server was adamant that I did in fact order it, when that was not the case. Finally after all that back and forth, the server rolled her eyes at me, dumped the drink it the garbage and didn’t say anything after that. I was worried that I wouldn’t get the drink I ordered, or maybe she would spit in my new drink. Either way, I received what I ordered, I said thank you and walked out. The coffee was decent, but the service was horrible. If the customer knows what she ordered and what she orders in general, and the server messes it up, that’s okay, mistakes happen, but don’t blame the customer when it’s obviously the servers fault. Most servers would apologize and ask what the customer wants. Starbucks would never do this, I’m sticking to Starbucks from now on where the...
Read moreI am reaching out to express my disappointment with the overall experience I have encountered with your services. While Google is known worldwide for its innovation and reliability, there are areas where the customer experience feels frustrating and below the high standard that many expect from such a leading company. The lack of responsiveness and the difficulty in finding clear, human-centered support makes it challenging for users to resolve even simple issues. This creates unnecessary obstacles and leaves customers feeling undervalued. For a company that prides itself on accessibility and user-friendliness, this is particularly concerning. I strongly believe that every user deserves transparent communication, timely assistance, and fair treatment. Addressing these concerns would not only improve customer satisfaction but also strengthen the trust and loyalty that so many people place...
