Today Halloween day 10/31/24 I was making the line at the drive true to get my order first of all they took a really long time to take the person in front of me order. When it was my turn I waited no one answer so I had to say hello finally someone took my order and at the same time he is taking my order I could hear him talking to someone else. Again they took a long time to give the person in front of me there order, when is finally my turn he charges me am looking inside my bag and I notice that he is missing a item I told him you are missing one it was 2. You know what he told me? He said that l need it to go around aging and order what l was missing I told him no that's not my fault that you where talking while taking my order to please give me my other item. He refuse to give it to me because now that am at the window he is worry about the line been so long. I told him that I also waited a long time to place my order. I started to complain but he didn't care he told me to park my car and come inside imagen I was already running late to work because of the time they took with the person in front of me. Never again I will order from this place. There was no need to mess up my day when all along it was your fault for not taking the correct order to begin whit. Read moreWorst Dunkin I’ve been to. Zero customer service. We walked over here in the sun about a half hour walk to get coffee for a family of 5. They had a sign on the inside drive through only so we proceeded to wait in the sun without a car in the drive through and nobody answered when it was our turn. We walked to the front window and we were turned away because we didn’t have a car but the gentleman said he could take the order if we came inside so at this point we did. The manager Amber came to the front and was rude, rolling her eyes and said she then couldn’t take our order because it’s drive thru only. After repeating mentioning we don’t have a car and will gladly wait in the drive thru line she finally gave in begrudgingly. Read moreThis is not first time that we have to wait on this particular drive-thru to order food. We go to this Dunkin as this location is 2 minutes from our house. I know as per Dunkin there is a rule to greet guest atleast within 5 seconds but we waited beyond 2 minutes we thought speaker was not working so my husband drive to the window but the lady on widow with bad attitude told us to move around and don’t want to realize that we waited on speaker for more than 2 minutes to order our chicken roasted pepper wrap and a hash brown.We asked for manager and she is also one of the worst manager we have ever saw who don’t know how to deal with customer and resolve the issue. I used to work in Dunkin as GM and DM and never get into argument with customer. Thought to bought this to your attention.
