If I could give this Red Lobster zero Stars I would. My granddaughter took me to dinner this past Sunday there because they had the ultimate Seafood Fest or the ultimate shrimp fest whatever they call it and she loves that. My granddaughter doesn't have to come from All the Way North Miami to me where I live on Stirling Road to take me to dinner but she's a sweetheart that way. To say the least there was the most horrific experience I've ever had at a Red Lobster. We walked in at 2:36 p.m. it took him 40 minutes to come to the table and take our order when we told him what he wanted he never asked us what type of shrimp we wanted or anything the ultimate was $25 and then for the extra $5 we ordered a size salad and a drink. The size salad never came biscuits never came and we got one drink. At approximately 3:46 he finally brought two plates out one of them had the garlic scampi skewers and the other one had Walt's shrimp and then we will give in shrimp fettuccine alfredo which none of us eat I have mashed potatoes she had a baked potato and we told him we don't eat the shrimp and he said go ahead and just keep it on your plate. Now it's approximately 4:15 or so we're waiting for him to come by so that we can get more shrimp and he can take this fettuccine off our plates not to be found. So Erica walks by and I asked her if she could get our server and she asked me what did I need I said we needed more shrimp her response to me was don't ask for more shrimp so you can get a doggy bag because you can't take anything with you. I looked at the strip fettuccine and I said we don't eat this which is why it's still full and I have no intention of taking anything home very rude individual. She looks like she's enjoying to herself too much by the bar. So manager finally comes over forgot her name and I told her the situation and she said okay I apologize and then Aaron the server comes by and says I'm glad I'm glad I'm glad you told the manager about erica. So he says to us let me fix you a bag and you guys can go really?? We did not even enjoy the full benefits of that meal there nevertheless how much it cost. I called the DM for Red Lobster on Monday promise to call within 24 to 48 hours today is Friday I still haven't heard from her I called yesterday they promised me or call yesterday still hasn't happened and at this point I want to know who the DM's boss is. Anybody who was there on Sunday could attest to the situation there and the response from the manager was sorry nobody likes to come into work on Sunday wow. I need a call from the DM ASAP. This situation here was discussing in the hurtful part of it was that my 20 year old granddaughter doesn't have to come out to Hollywood to take me to dinner but did it through the kindness of her heart. We always go to North Miami Red Lobster I don't know what possessed us to go to this location it...
Read moreSKIP THIS LOCATION!!! The absolute worst service EVER! I’ve been proudly supporting Red Lobster for over 30 years and I’m completely in shock how horrible the service here is. We arrived around 8:15p. Our server greeted us around 8:35p. But “greeted” us is a mild understatement. She proceeded to continue arguing with whomever kept on seating her. After 30 minutes of waiting for drinks I had to get up and go look for the manager. Our martinis were waiting at the bar; employees were just standing around gossiping. No one was doing anything productive. I offered to take my own drinks. Manager said no and then he proceeded to ask our moody and incompetent server to run them. We asked for water too and the “not in the weeds” “lead server” starts arguing that Red Lobster doesn’t bring complimentary water. We had a toddler and his kids meal took over 45 minutes even though we ordered it with our drinks. The only positive thing was the quality of the appetizers (calamari and stuffed mushrooms) they were delicious. After waiting for more than 1 hour we decided to leave since our food was obviously never going to arrive. The server never prebussed; never asked if we wanted drink refills. She was more concerned with arguing with anyone that crossed her way. The manager never stopped by to see what the issue was. That poor man looked like he was intimidated by his staff. We waited at the front host stand to talk to the manager but after a while it was apparent that no one in that restaurant cared about our business nor experience. Whoever is the general manager or regional manager should clean house and save face. The reputation of Red Lobster is hanging by a...
Read moreFirst and foremost this was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a server. I know she has been there a while. Never got her name but H O R R I B L E service. Was so disrespectful towards my mother & I. 5’3 African American woman who was serving us. After 30 minutes of not even getting a DRINK we asked and she rudely came back talking about why the food was taking long??? We had not even gotten to the food part because we had yet to have anything to drink. She then began to argue w my mom. We probably waited an hour for JUST the appetizers. Honestly it’s insane how many poor reviewers that woman has given this restaurant and they still choose to keep her around. We decided to get up with a toddler and leave. I’m sorry but I’m not going to pay for a meal that was disgustedly provided after an hour of waiting. And ONLY then was she the most attentive lol. Calling us as if we were trying to “run” out. Told her to grab the manager which ended up taking another 10 minutes so.. we left. Red lobster this woman is not only costing you POOR reviews. But money aswell. Bees if this is how she treats all her customers then you are giving out A LOT of free food and drinks.
IF YOU STILL CHOOSE TO GO TO THIS REDLOBSTER… goodluck.. you might have such poor staff your meal is free! Even the manager didn’t care. These people might be too old for the restaurant industry. Red lobster is just hiring anyone even if they lack...
