Juici Patties — Restaurant in Hollywood

I thought coming here was going to be convenient since it has a drive thru. I was wrong. I ordered 3 spicy patties with plantains inside but instead I received 3 regular spicy patties with a side of plantains instead. When I asked the young girl with the glasses why weren't they inside the patties, she said they didnt do that there which doesn't make sense because that's how I always order them in the location in hollywood at the 441 Walmart plaza. Is this a private owner ? Also I ended up having to get out the car because she forgot to put my coco bread in the bag. How hard is it to make sure everything is in a bag ? Definitely won't be coming back to this...

I am leaving five stars because of my previous great experiences at Juici Patties and their absolutely delicious Jamaican beef patties 😋 Unfortunately I was overcharged on my visit yesterday and I was told that a refund would be going back on my debit card, but I’m sad to say that was not the case. Juici Patties in Davie definitely lives up to its name…the patties were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly flaky. The Coco Bread, however, was on the tougher side. This new location has a drive-thru, and inside is clean with that fresh, brand-new feel. When I arrived, no one was out front and I waited about 2–3 minutes before being greeted.
