This is a two part review. One review is for Renee. Excellent customer service!! Friendly, engaging and seems as if she enjoys her job. That was so awesome! She gets 5 stars all the way!!
Second review is for the restaurant. The board had one price for a sandwich but when it rang up the price was totally different. I asked why the difference and the cashier (not Renee) said it was another price. You'd think she would apologize and give me the price that is listed but nope. She just said it's this much now and that's it. Terrible. I just cancelled the order. The wait time inside was long, and almost always is. This is not the place to go when you are crunched for time. The food was hot but I went back last week and the price for the sandwich is still the same, not changed. Sigh. Terrible BK. Please list the accurate prices for your food. Another time I visited and a worker was outside talking very loud and using plenty of profane language! Listen, if you are going to cuss somebody out, go into your car. Wait until you get home, etc. Do not do it right outside the door, the most popular entrance where guests enter. Wow. It was a very vulgar conversation and very personal. Not cool and very unprofessional. Then she came back in telling co workers about her conversation, as if they didn't hear it. I mean I don't know how they could not. Anyway, this is just my honest review. I love the grilled burgers and onion rings, but I decided it's time for me to chill with my fast food excursions and cook more at home.

Read moreI don’t know who’s wrong here Uber or Burger King but I order from here twice. A combo. Wait about 30 minutes Uber driver shows up with a big bag. He hands me the bag. I say this feels a little to light for a double whopper. So I open it, nothing but fries in the bag. I asked the driver he did not know. I called. The Burger King no one answered. I went to the Uber app and submitted a compliant. I was issued a refund. A couple weeks pass. I say let me try again. Again the same issue. I’m charged for the whole combo but only get fries. Read moreI ordered a #1 with cheese meal medium with a dr pepper. And got nothing but bread and a patty the lady who took my order (on Feb 22 2024 between 12p and 12:30p at the drive thru didn't confirm what I ordered the 3 times she asked me over the broken intercom. She again asked me what I wanted to drink when I pulled up to pay. Look I'm not gonna say she was on something but she clearly was forgetting how to work at her station and blindly taking peoples order and messing them up.
If this review has reached the owners, please do a check on your equipment outside to ensure your equipment is up-to-date and re-train this lady or change who runs the drive thru because this was the worst experience I've had the displeasure of traversing.
