Wawa — Restaurant in Hollywood

I’ve heard great things about wawas but this was a terrible experience. My husband and I ordered 2 scrambled eggs breakfast burritos. About 7 minutes into waiting for our food they told us there was no yellow eggs only white eggs (egg whites) so we said that was fine. 10 minutes later we finally got our food. Yes that’s 17 minutes to get 2 breakfast burritos. I took a bite into my burrito and there was chicken or some type of meat. I ordered mine with only egg, cheese, and spinach because I don’t eat meat. I thought maybe it was my husbands and the burritos got switched but no both had meat in them. I threw mine in the trash, it wasn’t worth going back in there and dealing with whatever issues were causing their trash service. I would never come here again unless I desperately needed gas. I had the pleasure of visiting this location on 4/9/2024 @1:50am. I work overnights and typically visit this location at least twice a week.

I ordered a beef steak shortie and noted for a special requested. Once my order was ready I asked why I was not called because I wanted my steak well done (Very nicely). The lady working at the station opened my sandwich and told me its fine you can take it. After I said no she literally threatened me. Saying "I don't want no smoke". All i did was decline the sandwich and ask the manager on duty to refund me. I was going to let this go but its bothering me that she can act that way and all the manager could say was "go to the beverages".

Josh is the most disrespectful store leader or manager on duty! He seen that his staff Tavel and another nice lady were in the weeds (restaurant lingo) he came over very rude and obnoxious. Then I asked him if I got a discount! He screamed over the counter NOPE! Honestly I live next to Wawa on 9400 W Commercial Blvd. And never have I felt embarrassed about buying a sandwich. Never ever returning to that Wawa again. I asked the lady as I was leaving for the wait time and it was over 29 mins.
