Presentation: From the moment you park you can appreciate the charm of the storefront and the entrance is just as great.

Ambiance: When entering I felt a sense of peace and had the pleasure of being greeted as if I was family.

Service: The owners of this botanica have shown me the utmost hospitality and assistance. The couple who owns the botanica greets all who enter with a smile and assist you as if you were their long time friends. When it comes to service this botanica deserves a full FIVE STARS!

Smell: The location smelled amazing, traditional botanicas are not the most welcoming of environments (with horrible smells) while this one feels as though you walked into a friends home.

Variety: I was thrilled to see a variety of sage, incense sticks, and one-of-a-kind oils!

Clean: The botanica is cleaner than my apartment and I am a clean freak! There is no dust anywhere, you can eat off the floors, and know that everything looks its best.

Organized: The botanica is organized in a way where you can find everything you need with little assistance and makes the search for things much simpler for your first visit.

Creative: The owner is very creative and introduces unorthodox approaches to the modern spiritual person. I left with a few projects and examples that I fell...

Edit: I’m editing this old review because I just HAD to write another great experience! I was a customer at the Stirling location and since the move, I have followed you all! When I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile and with positive energy. The team is attentive and always available should I have questions. I never feel rushed and should I need anything that is out of stock, I’m always notified when it comes in. Recently, I came in looking for herbs. Mariana was AMAZING! She took down all of my information and the herbs I needed and got them with in 48 hours! I picked them up today and she remembered me as soon as I walked in the door! The quality of the herbs are phenomenal and you can tell they were cut fresh! This botanica is definitely home! Welcome to the family Mariana! I look forward to seeing you all soon! I called this store one afternoon, Inquiring about a reading. The employee suggested that I come in and get a feel for the store and if I liked it she would put me on the waiting list for a reading. A few days later I made a visit and the ambiance was just right. From the welcoming smile to the attentiveness through out my visit this shop has an exemplary commitment to spirituality no matter where you are on your journey. This eclectic little store is filled with anthropological, folkloric, mythological and religious contents. Its also centrally located in a clean plaza with everything you could possibly think of when tapping into that source inside of each and every one of us. What continues to stand out is the results from the spiritual work performed. All work is done in confidentiality and tailored to ensure successful positive outcomes. The consultations are honest and the work is consistent. Fast forward a year and a half later and they continue to exceed my expectations.
