If I was able to give no stars I would give no Stars. August 19, 2025 8:00am I went to this location and ordered Big breakfast with Hot cakes. When I got to the window and proceeded to check my items to make sure everything was correct I noticed the Store Manager Isabella which was who gave me my food only gave me one syrup for my hot cakes. I asked for another syrup and she said thats 50cents extra. I said you only gave me one syrup and she said with a bad attitude there's nothing she can do thats the price very rude and dismissive. I said so you only give one syrup for an order of hotcakes, she just stood there with her hand open i assume waiting on me to give her the money, face balled up with an attitude with no response. I never understand if you dont like your Job why come???? Why put off negativity to people thats keeping you employed??? If you have no customers you have no business. With no business you have no Job. I said ma'am just give me a refund. She said ok no problem. I gave her back the food and drink she slammed the sliding door took 5 minutes to bring the money back to me. I counted my change to make sure it was correct then waited for her to come back to the window. Another working was standing by the window and I signaled her so I can ask her what's her managers name she talked through the window and said I'm sorry she's the Store Manager and she can't open the window. I said I just want to know what is her name so I can call cooperate she said I'm sorry I can't give her name. I told the employee to tell her I said to come to window so I can get her name she just kept saying I'm sorry I can't and kept looking back at her Store Manager as she was yelling talking trash I guess because she was upset. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And for her to be a manager showing ineffective communication, lack of empathy, and failure to provide constructive feedback and Ignoring Conflict says alot about why the reviews are so horrible at this location. That Manager needs to be held accountable for her Actions. Read moreI was helping someone with an emergency and went to grab a quick bite on my way there because I had not eaten all day. The chicken on the sandwich tasted stale and day old. I was not very happy about not being able to eat and having to continue to my destination. I had to drive back to the restaurant which I was not happy about either.
When I went back, they made me fresh food, but I waited an additional 20 minutes and only one car was behind me which they got served while I waited. By the time I got my food, I didn’t even want it anymore. It was like well let me just eat to get something in my stomach. The employee that brought the food to the car…she was very sweet.
After a very long day, my drive time going home was further delayed because of having to go back and waiting longer, so yes I was annoyed. I waited to do this review, so that I’m careful and not writing out of pure anger but…I still feel the same way. There was no reason for me to spend my money only to receive that type of service.
