BEWARE ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! I went to purchase a perfume for my girlfriend Friday night at 5pm , when I gave her the perfume later that night as soon as she sprayed it she knew something was wrong , we decided to go to Macy’s the following day to compare the same one but from Macy’s store , turns out to be the perfume liquid at Macy’s had a completely different color and smell ! We were both furious of that discovery , we decided to go back to the store return the perfume for a refund . When we got there the sales lady “Adi” and an older women “Sylvia” I’m not sure about her name ,told us they cannot accept any refunds on any items . When I told her that the perfume she sold me was not the same as the one from Macy’s , she pretend to text her “boss” letting him know about the issue , he replied I’m at a meeting busy ... me and my girlfriend had to wait over 30 mins between all the games they were playing with us to at the end not get our money back ! These people are crooks ,dishonest people and thief’s ! Not only that most of the items they sell in the store are counterfeit or expired products . The Chanel perfumes that I saw there looked extremely fake not even a 1:1 copy . And they don’t even have a license to sell the majority of those high end brands ! Moral of the story is do not step a foot...

This little neighborhood perfume outlet packs a lot into a small space. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about the product and passionate about what they sell. If you want to sample a dozen different perfumes and colognes, it's no trouble. Stopped on a whim and ended up buying three bottles. They have discounted tester bottles as well as beautiful packaging for gifts on all occasions. They gift wrapped all my purchases. Don't have enough good things to say about the quality of my visit to Perfume Outlet in Hollywood....
