The online ordering system through Google is not accurate. Not only is the food promised for a certain time, but apparently the same time the food is promised to you as the customer is the same time that the ticket is printed for the chef to make your meal, I tried to rectify the issue by letting them know to please let management understand that the online order system does not work promtly. I was very nice to the employee as it is not her fault. When I finally received my order, it was already 15 minutes later. I opened my sándwiches, in the car , and there was meat inside of a sandwich where I only requested cheese and egg and potato crisps. Not only did I not want meat in my sandwich, but there was pork in the sandwich to make matters worse. I am one of the people that does not eat for in particular they are a disgusting animal. While trying to call and give the employee my name and phone number so that she can have her manager. Call me later to address these issues. , She decided to take it upon herself to explain to me how to order online. I am a very educated, intelligent individual With various degrees, and I am perfectly bilingual in Spanish and in English, so the fact that this person Thought she could intervene and educate me on how to order online extremely upset me even more. Livid i am at this Point. She hung up on me. And I proceeded to call back again and state to the next employee, to please take down my name and number for the manager to call me . Trying to call and give my information for management to call me, my coffee spilled all over my vehicle and I did not even get a chance to drink it as how upset this entire scenario got me.( I voice text so please omit any grammatical issues. I obviously know what I’m saying.) . Como muchas personas que hablan español ordena comida de aquí, le voy a traducir lo que Pude poner una orden en línea por medio de google . esta orden la pude poner en línea para una pedida que iba a recoger yo misma. Cuando llego a la tienda me dicen que a la hora que se me prometió a mí el desayuno que fue a las 9:46 a la mañana aparentemente esa fue la misma hora que al cocinero le salió el ticket para hacerme la comida. Puedo entender esto y aunque ya me hicieron tarde pude esperar por la comida. Cuando estaba revisando las órdenes veo que le ponen carne a algo que solamente pedí pan con huevo y queso y las papas esas secas que le ponen encima. La carne que le había metido es carne de cerdo muchas personas no comen puerco y muchas personas no comen carne y me hicieron la comida totalmente equivocada. El desayuno fue 40 $ y en verdad es muy caro y muy simple para que me lo dañaran de esa manera. Words cannot express how terrible and unprofessional this bakery is. I called a week in advance to order a specific cake for my grandfathers 94th birthday (he’s not doing well and not sure if it will be his last) that he requested. I called in on Monday to order the cake for pickup on Sunday, the lady on the phone assured me they always have that cake available and the usually have multiple ready so ordering wasn’t necessary. I had ordered the same cake 6 months prior and had to order it a week in advance so I was conserved and repeated asked to order it and pay to assure it’s reserved and the lady refused to take my order. I showered up today Sunday to pick up the cake and to my surprise none are available. The staff was so rude and unhelpful, I had to walk out empy handed. I will be very upset if something happens to my grandfather and he didn’t get his cake. I will be contacting the owners...

Waited so long for this location to finally since this chain is pretty good but despite the place being spacious and clean the staff wasn't very welcoming or accommodating, sadly a bit rude. The sample pastry tray had very skimpy cheese and specially the meat pastry literally like the size if a dime was the amount of meat in it and not very tasty either and the guava quality on the sticks was off also, very bland and not so sweet. No rewards system or curbside or online ordering either. The croqueta was overcooked and the sandwiches were substandard. I expected better from that brand so im posting g a picture of what the ham croquetas are supposed to look like, perhaps it will inspire them to do better.
