Amazing people running a food truck that has some amazing Venezuelan food. Customer service was great, lady taking the order tried her best to explain the dishes and the workers were all very pleasant to interact with. Went with the chicken burger that was cooked perfectly. Seasoning was a bit underwhelming but the mayonnaise and ketchup they put on it kept it savory. Adding cold shredded cheese was a little weird but the more bites you took it actually got more and more meltier. But let me tell you.. the cachapas here are the best I’ve had by far!! I would have them everyday if I could. They’re that good! You have to check it out for yourself to experience it. They are located at a great spot and have a nice setting of tables to relax and enjoy a nice outdoor meal. The homemade plantain, queso and steak in the Cachapa Paparrilla were all prepared so wonderfully; you can taste the dedication and love for food in every bite. Originally I intended to leave, but my husband and I finished every bite in the car and decided to order a hamburger for the road.
