JC proved to be an appliance repair technician like no other--he responded promptly and with genuine concern. He managed to fit me in on a Saturday morning, demonstrating his dedication to resolving my issue quickly. The most remarkable part of my interaction with JC was his willingness to go the extra mile to diagnose the problem. He suggested we use FaceTime to get a closer look at my stove's back panel. He promptly identified the root cause of the issue, saving me from unnecessary delays and additional costs. JC was so friendly and approachable and worked with me through the entire process. purchased a pre owned refrigerator from this company. Within weeks of purchase we notice that unit gets hot inside and all of our food goes bad. cause is the freezer side not defrosting. the module that turns on the defrost coil seemed to be bad. reported issue to the seller as they supposedly offered the item with a 90 day warranty and they have refused to repair unit. We gave him the measurements of our unit in case he was sending a replacement unit and never heard back from them. Will not answer our calls, our messages or legal notice from law firm. very much ridiculous. we have to manually defrost this machine every 6 days and have been doing this for months since we can't get resolution. BEWARE WHEN BUYING USED MACHINES FROM THIS ENTITY as they may be selling the broken items that they take from peoples homes when new purchases are made. I have a feeling that they buy the discarded items that they were supposed to be repairing and sell them on craigslist or offer up sites. We lost $400-500 on our purchase without counting...

Working with these guys has been the most stressful ....they sold us a washer for a tenant that didn’t work almost from the beginning. We called them right before the warranty ended to have them come look at it. They never showed. By the time they did, they wouldn’t honor the warranty as it was now past the 90 days! It was not repairable, so they charged us $175 more to bring a stackable . When they delivered it, they cracked the kitchen tile. We asked for either repair or some kind of compensation for the tile; the owner said no, said we were cheap! And on top of everything else, the replacement stackable doesn’t work right either! We have now paid $455 total to replace a washing machine that we could have gotten new for $500! The owner is rude, talks over you, won’t listen, and doesn’t return calls.
