Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hollywood

The night I went to Popeyes after work I expected to have a wait since it was around "dinner time" that was fine. I order two chicken tenders meals. I was told the tenders would be four minutes longer and to park and wait. Okay. So I parked and saw two, threee, four, five, six cars go after me get their food. At this point I'd been waiting over 10 minutes. I could see the drive thru worker was very stressed and the manager or supervisor was talking down to her and pretty much belittling her. I didn't want to make it worse for the drive thru girl so I called the place instead of walking to the window. The supervisor answered, I said "hi, I came by about 10 minutes ago and told to wait four minutes on the side for my tenders, I just wanted to make sure you haven't forgotten about me?", Supervisor says, "yeah?" so I'm like "yeah...it's been about 15 minutes now and you guys cleared a whole line after me and I still don't have my food?" And she's like, "ok?". Then there was silence and I see someone grab bags that had been sitting at the desk for a while and bring them to me. It was my food, cold. I was tired, stressed and my son was with me and I didn't want to be disrespectful in front of him but...that supervisor has no business supervising anything. First let me say Popeyes doesn't taste as good as it used to years ago. I had to visit Popeyes twice. The first initial time I ordered my food and was a bit concerned because the person taking my order didn't even know how to use my card as a form of payment, then he asked me to pull my car up which I was only there about 3 minutes. I thought my food was correct because I reiterated my order before I pulled up and he assured me it was being taken care of. My drink was wrong which they fixed that Idk how you confuse a strawberry lemonade with a regular lemonade unless you just wanted to give someone what's most convenient to you. I got home and realized that they had given me 3 small containers of red beans and rice not the large that came with my meal which would've been fine if they would've gave me the other side that came with my order. So I had to drive all the way back which now all my food is and I requested for my order to just be remade fresh and for me to be provided with everything I paid and asked for. I'm Happy to say they did replace everything and didn't request for me to return the food that I returned with. One huge question why at so many fast food restaurants you have to be so persistent with getting your receipt I'm confused isn't that required or...

Went through the drive-through at 10 PM and cashier was extremely rude, she was unable to answer any of my questions and just demanded that I drive up to the window after ignoring me when I tried to explain that I needed to order..

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a large mac & cheese, I rave all the time about how wonderful Popeyes mac & cheese is, but then I get this.. (Will add photos) I get three Styrofoam cups with plastic lids with what looks to be maybe 1 tablespoon scoop of macaroni and cheese each in it. Each. I intentionally avoid going to places where I am eating directly off of Styrofoam, A burger and fries I can work around, but this is something completely different.. when I opened it and went to go take a scoop out with my fork, the bottom fell through the Styrofoam cup, so I looked at the bottom of all of them and it is like it’s almost eating through the bottom of the Styrofoam cups!! They are all the same, and they all have this, it looks as if they are being microwaved, which I truly hope the Popeyes would have more sense than to microwave Styrofoam and serve it to ...
