Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hollywood

I have been ordering from this location for a while now. Today is, 12/07/23, at 2:30 pm EST. I kept saying hello, And the workers there kept chatting then she finally came to me. I asked if the cheese was avail, and she said no, it was going to take 10 mins. So I told her I would call my boyfriend, and then after 2 minutes, The workers went to the back, and I kept calling them to come to the front so I could place my order, but they kept on chatting. You can see what was going on from the camera/video. So finally came the Hispanic lady with the black hair. I spoke to her that in Spanish, I needed to place the order for pickup because I had to be back to work, so I would send my boyfriend to pick it up. She says no because I have to be here. I have never experienced this issue before... Then I explained to her again that once I paid for my food, I would provide the receipt to my boyfriend so he can pick it up. Oh ok she understood but then the argument started... She gave me an attitude and I got loud I said I wanted to talk with corporate because this is incoviences. She kept on saying with pride that she is the manager and she kept going. I told her well you don't act like a manager because I work with a professional company and they don't act like that. She is not a professional she is rude and ignores her customers and I believe this happens to other customers as well. After I left the store a gentleman walked in and I saw him but I think she ignored him because he didn't look happy and walked out of the store as well. After my last experience at this location where I dealt with attitude, a language barrier and them not wanting to give me the sauce that obviously came with what I ordered- I decided to give them another try. I wish I hadn't. Again, the employee spoke pretty much no English. Another guy said it took a lot of effort to explain to her that he wanted 2 toppings. I started ordering. After I said classic pizza, she said "Only pizza?". Uh, let me continue to order. Then I asked for the crazy bread combo, and she said "No lunch combos". Ma'am, crazy combo, not lunch combo! Then she kept telling me they had no crazy bread. When I asked why and if they were making any more, she kept looking confused & saying "no". She kept suggesting the Italian cheese bread and saying you can only order crazy bread online. I asked the difference and she tried to explain the difference between cheese bread & crazy bread. No! I need the difference between ordering online & in-store. She had to pull out her phone to translate that they had no crazy bread. How is there none, but you can order it online? I asked to speak to someone else. Eventually she went to the back and came back saying I could order the crazy bread. So I ordered that & pizza and cheese bread. It took too much effort to order very simple items. I will not go back to this one. At least the food was hot and good (even though I got just one sauce & needed another for my cheese bread- wasn't going to bother to ask at that point since I had gone through too much already & that's what got me the...

Disappointed with my experience. I've had better from little caesar's. First of all the guy who took care of us gave us back our change in a 5 dollar bill and the rest in quarters, 2 minutes after he gave us our change he decides to go down in the bottom and get change why he couldn't do that before just pure laziness and stupidity, then the same guy who's touching money is also making pizzas without washing his hands while h is absolutely disgusting I wouldn't want him to make my pizzas. Then we get home and I open the pizza boxes the one was right but then I asked for just another cheese pizza well it was wrong it was pepperoni which is not what I ordered, so the guy got a simple order wrong, not washing his hands before he touches the product after touch money who no one knows where it's been, and he was more worried about other things then his job. Needless to say now I have to find another little caesar's because needless to say I won't be back at this one after this experience and I know little caesar's isn't paying for my gas when I have to travel further just to get good service. Never again at this location unless...
