Im only laving this review because ive never been more mortifed at the customer service at a starbucks location….. 840 am i ordered an 8.35$ coffee when i asked if i could have Cinnamon powder sprinkled on top … the drive thru order taker a boy with braids and a viser was disgustingly rude said “we charge for that “ after explaining that i myself have was a partner for 7 years in NY and that was never true … after being frustrated snd not even wanting the drink after the encounter i call and speak to the shift TAYLOR with PINK HAIR to explain the situation .. she seemed pleasant at first and explained that it was not in case a rule to charge for cinnamon and she reassured me to come back she wsnted to rectify the situation but offering me the drink …. I explained that i would have to come in my lunch break as i was at work …. So i come in and and when i ask the person on warmer if taylor was around as she instructed me to ask for her when i came back to the store ALLY on warmer decided to ask “what for “ not hi how r u what can i help you with … again further solidifying the lack of customer service this location has …. So i FINALLY meet taylor and as i was explaining to her what just transpired with yet another partner she goes “ ive been a partner for 10 years we are a great store 1 insist shouldnt determine that “ at that point i just laughed because clearly this store cares NOTHING about customer service just to take your money … the people seem miserable to work there which is unfortunate as starbucks is a great company ! For me to take the time to write this out should show that all i want is better customer service i dnt want a free drink i dnt want an apology … just give better service when somone is purchasing Something for your store be better partners! Read moreFor the very first time ever I got rude, curt service... I ordered using my app as I always do because I like to customize... heavily😬. Anyway, I got my drink quite promptly but didn't get my warmed lemon cake. While waiting for my cake, I looked around for a tip jar, didn't see one and asked the cashier. She held out a container that was far behind the goods on the counter, I dropped in a dollar, and she thanked me. So far so good. I continued waiting, still no cake. All the baristas are busily making drinks so I go back to the same cashier show her my app and tell her I didn't get my warmed lemon cake. She then says "well you can't get it warmed, but I can give it to ya" which she did. I respond with a thank you and " it shouldn't be an option on the app". She replies, that's a Starbucks thing. I think to myself, it may not be her decision, but it would be the courteous thing to say, sorry about that, but we cannot warm the cake for you. After all I am in Starbucks, where customer service is top notch. Anyhoo, I walk away to search for a straw, no straws within my reach. So for the third time I go back to the cashier to ask for straws, she says they're over there and then she realizes there are none. She yells over to the person at the busy drive through window to bring over some straws, he gathers up what's closest and she (who is not busy) tells him she needs smaller straws. This exchange takes a few moments and then she turns to give me the small straw and realizes I have a big cup. She then gets the bigger straw and hands it to me with a "here ya go!" ... again, no apology for the wait, or for the lack of straws.
Perhaps I'm being fussy? Or maybe the purple haired cashier with a beanie on her head was having a tough day? Either way, for the very first time I got rude, curt customer service...

Well, if you’re in need of a pick me up or smooth latte to get you through your day, Please do not hesitate to stop into this brand new Starbucks on Hollywood Boulevard. You will find exceptional customer service at the store. I was sipping on my salted caramel cold foam, while awaiting my teenagers pick up orders, when I discovered my battery had died while I was waiting. I went inside the store while they were trying to close and (I believe) the manager on duty, Mello (sorry if I butchered that spelling), didn’t hesitate to assist me in jumping my car. This exemplary employee, went above and beyond and potentially saved me from taking a wallet-hit over $100 (as I was in the midst of contacting roadside assistance). It is really a pleasure to spend my hard earned money at this store and I will drive further to continue to get my Java-fill here. One small acts of kindness can really change the outcome of a stranger‘s day. I cannot begin to applaud this staff, sufficiently.
