During a recent trip to Hollywood, I had the pleasure of stopping by Starbucks for a much-needed coffee break, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. Located in a bustling area of the city, this Starbucks provided a welcoming atmosphere and a perfect retreat from the day’s activities.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the friendly smiles of the baristas behind the counter. The interior was modern and inviting, with comfortable seating options and plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. Soft music played in the background, creating a soothing ambiance that was ideal for relaxation.
I ordered my favorite drink, a caramel macchiato, and it was expertly crafted to perfection. The rich espresso paired perfectly with the creamy steamed milk and sweet caramel drizzle—a perfect pick-me-up after a morning of exploring Hollywood. Starbucks never disappoints with its consistency and quality, and this visit was no exception.
As I sipped my coffee, I took advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi to catch up on emails and browse the web. The atmosphere was conducive to both work and leisure, with several patrons quietly working on laptops or enjoying conversation with friends. It felt like a community hub where locals and visitors alike could unwind and recharge.
The staff at this Starbucks location were attentive and efficient, ensuring that my visit was seamless from start to finish. They were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to provide recommendations, adding to the overall positive experience.
One of the highlights of my visit was the convenient location of this Starbucks. Situated in the heart of Hollywood, it was easily accessible from nearby attractions and hotels, making it a convenient spot to refuel and relax during a busy day of...
Read moreOne morning, I went to this place to have breakfast after inspecting Starbucks' menu on their app. Being it the first time I would buy from Starbucks, I was deciding between about 5 of their breakfast sandwiches to determine which I would have first.
When I got there, I finally decided what I'd order after about 5 minutes. So after inquiring, I found out that 1 out of the 5 sandwiches that I was considering, they didn't have at this location? While 2 out of the, what was now 4, sandwiches they mysteriously ran out of ingredients for? So I had 2 left to choose from. One of the two sandwiches I absolutely didn't want, so I went for the only other available one.
After deciding on it, I decided to pay with a gift card worth about the amount of the sandwich. So the cashier processes my order, gives me the receipt and I have a seat to wait for the order. Now I would mind you that I had my mom with me, in the same situation as me, ordering the same item as me and paying with the same method likewise. She ordered first.
When our orders arrive, the waiter hands my mom her order and then tells her that they ran out of ingredients for 'her second' sandwich, (not realizing that they were two separate orders, and that other sandwich was actually mine.) and that she has to choose another. Welp, my gift card had already been swiped and processed at this point, so visiting another location wasn't likely. Unfortunately having no options, I ended up with the only other sandwich they had available at the time.. the one I did not want. It turned out being exactly what I assumed it would be, disgusting. I left completely dissatisfied.
I will always remember this first time experience at Starbucks as unpleasant, unprofessional and messy, just like the restaurant appeared to be at...
Read moreSo I’ve been going to this Starbucks for at least 5 years or more now. And everytime I see Taylor she’s always extremely rude, hostile, and snappy. I never argued with her, I was never mean. But she’s not friendly. She shouldn’t be working with the public. She makes you feel stupid. She’s always ready to fight and start something up. She talks in a snotty tone and she does it on purpose, anytime I ask politely for help or a question with the app (simple stuff) she’s very rude and makes you feel like you’re stupid. I use to work for Starbucks and she doesn’t live up to the standards and expectations for Starbucks business and partnership. The motto is to treat your 1st customer and your very last customer the same, whether you made 5 cups or 500 cups of coffee, it could be your customers first interaction of the day. You have to treat them with kindness even if you don’t want to go above and beyond just simply listen to the customer and smile and tell them to enjoy their day/coffee. She’s never once been nice to me or polite and I really don’t know why. She should go back to training and re learn better her customer service skills. Extremely unprofessional and reflects bad on the store and management. I will be going to a different Starbucks and never again this one unless you get better management. Every other Starbucks around this city, is super nice and I would highly rate them, I never had issues even when I asked questions and everyone is super nice at literally every other location. I’ve only ever had bad experiences at this location when Taylor is on shift. any other time I go to this location and she’s not there, there’s no issues and the other...
