Overall Good Experience with Some Areas for Improvement

The food quality at this location is consistently good; however, I was disappointed by the recent removal of shrimp from the menu, which had previously been a key reason for my visits.

There are a few areas that require attention. First, I recommend carefully reviewing your receipts, as there have been instances where I was incorrectly charged. For example, I ordered a "regular bowl," but my receipt reflected a charge for a "large bowl." While the difference in cost is relatively small, accuracy in pricing should be ensured.

Additionally, there seems to be inconsistency in portion sizes. On some occasions, I’ve received larger portions, while at other times, the servings have been noticeably smaller, which affects the overall experience.

Stopped by this Hollywood location after driving from Port St. Lucie to Miami. This location is firing on all cylinders. Ms. Shay and her crew took good care of me and the wife. The employees welcomed us into the store. The place was very clean and had a great aroma. The food was absolutely delicious. Had the lemon chicken with asian sweet potato noodles, spinach with almonds, mushrooms, zuchinni, pickled onions and avocado. All of it was so good, the chicken was moist and full of flavor and the spinach with almonds was a tasty surprise. I dont look foward to driving down to Miami again but if I do I know where I'm stopping for a meal again. Thanks again to Shay for the great hospitality and delicous food. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY WHEN I FREQUENT THIS AMAZING LOCATION. Im always greeted by pleasant attentive staff who make the bowls just perfectly even when im all over the place about toppings. They are patient and professional smiling while i go down the line of fresh ingredients. They offer fresh fruit juices my absolute favorite is the HAWAIIAN HEALER its a must i get 2 one for my meal and one for later. Those words of encouragement are something i look forward with each visit. You just never know what someone is going through thanks for seeking to be great all across the board to us picky beings lol.
