ALLERGIES BEWARE
Is there any reason you don't train your employees on food allergies?! I ordered a salad, because I have a SEVERE gluten allergy. She then starts making my food with gloves and a counter FULL of gluten... Then mixes the salad dressing in with the salad AFTER I told her NOT to do that... Is there ANY reason you guys can give me as to why you're INTENTIONALLY trying to kill your customers? This is NOT acceptable and IS being reported to the proper government authorities. You guys would've KILLED me had I ate the food. Is there any reason I shouldn't call a lawyer? I sent you guys a complaint. You have my email and phone number.
Staff was also rude and aggravated like we were inconveniencing them. Have gone here on a regular basis. I will NEVER return again. I'll travel the extra 20-30 minutes round trip to Chicopee... I'd rather...
Read moreOverpriced, poor selection of over commercialized bland subs offering less product for more money. I remember when there was the whole $5 footlong pricing and there were 3 for $10 deals. Now there aren't many "subs" that are under $10 for one. Restaurants are always dingy & unsanitary. App orders tend to be wrong or have things missing because they're "out of stock" at the location which is rarely ever reported by the app & there is no refund for things ordered in the app that are "out of stock" unless you spend weeks going through phone calls to upper level people not even located at the stores in question. Would NEVER even recommend Subway to my worst enemies. Time & money spent at Subway are NEVER equal to the low quality skimpy portioned meager art passable "subs" that are more bread than everything else. Real pizza shops have much better grinders for less...
Read moreWe politely asked the girl behind the counter, that was making our sandwiches if she could pyt a mask on, as she did not have one on when she came from the back. After that, she seemed very agitated/aggravated by us, even when we noticed she was making our pre-ordered sandwiches, with the ticket that listed out how we wanted them made, she got even more of tone of an attitude, like we were wrong for asking her to make our sandwiches the way they were ordered.
