Taco Bell — Restaurant in Holyoke

The restaurant looks warm and inviting from the outside. Although the big potholes in the parking lot are the first sign that this Taco Bell has been neglected by its owners. Staff are friendly. The food was hot and tasty which can't be said for dining room which is cold. Like 60 degrees in January. If I had come with a big group we probably have turned around and gone someplace else. Most tables are dirty The soda bar also needs a good cleaning as does the area that hold the sauce packets. Men's room could also use a good scrub and plumbing is kinda leaky. The men's room mirror looks like someone cleaned it with a Brillo pad. Did I mention it's cold in the dining room because an Eskimo would feel at home in this Taco Bell. The grease stains on the purple wall behind the cash register are not a good look. Bathrooms are locked and you need to get a key to use them. While I like tacos every now and then, there seems to be no consistent way they are made. One time they have a lot of meat, lettuce and tomato and cheese and the next time, you can hardly see the meat or tomatoes and instead have lots of lettuce and cheese and they forget to put the sauce in your order which is why I always have extra at home. Sometimes the soft tacos are warm which I like and other times they are so cold, it's like they just took them out of the fridge. Inside is usually clean enough as are the restrooms. Kid friendly for sure with all the choices they can have it their way. My local one in Ludlow needs to work on their consistentcy. Supper time and in a rush, they don't give you so much on them but late at night, they often pile it on. So for lack of consistentcy I only gave 3 stars. I have not tried their other items except for soft and hard tacos both...

Who is the manager at this location, you need to retrain your staff ASAP. There is no way your store is making more sales than compliants. When we pull up to the window she has her back to us the whole time leaning on the window typing in another order, then when she finally looked at us just asked for payment (which is her job) my boyfriend hands her the card and proceeds to ask if he can have a soda, A SODA, she states you can't order at the window. It's 9:38pm with no line ( we were the last car of 3). Before we pulled off luckily we checked and our order was wrong. When my boyfriend asked for the rest of the meal, she only handed us one thing.... which now makes sense because the order was not put into the system correctly and listening to the customer.
