AVOID IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. Stopped here to get a frap and a coffee. Pull up and its not to busy with only 1 car in the 2 lane drive thru. I pull in the empty lane. Automated voice asks about the app the silence. Maybe a bathroom break or something that pulled them away, but im in a hurry . I sit there and watch 4 other cars that arrived after myself order in the other lane and go to the window? So I back out of my spot and up to the other lane. The a car pulled up to the speaker that was just not working for me and they let them order a head of me. then a very snooty, Very rude voice comes across, "Sir. Would you like to order?" I asked why they let 5 cars goninfront of me. The voice gets even more condescending "Do you WANT TO ORDER OR NOT?" It made me so mad. Read moreTo start, the food is cold, bad tasting, and overall bad. The wait for the food is not bad. But the wait to order the food is insane if dining in. No exaggeration I stood at the counter to order my food for 15 minutes plus with no line and when I did get to ordering the employee who took my order was inconsiderate and rude. I don’t know who took my order that day but I was not too happy with that employee. Then when I got my food (Spicy Mc Chicken) I told the employee no mayonnaise and when I got it, it had mayonnaise on it and the receipt had that I didn’t put no mayonnaise on it even though I told the guy two times. I understand employees will make mistakes sometimes but this hasn’t only happened once this is the third time and It’s very annoying because this is my local McDonald’s location and it would be inconvenient to drive out of my way to a different location. My brother and I often come to this location after working long hours for a pick me up and they are always so incredibly rude and aggressive towards us for no reason. MANY times in the past he has asked for a milkshake that is half vanilla, half chocolate. Never has been a problem at this specific location (we have the receipts to prove it) and now all of a sudden the same female voice yells at us that there is no way they can do that and cuts him off when he tries to explain we’ve had it before, clearly getting huffy and irritated at him respectfully asking a question. We don’t appreciate the treatment. I understand closing shifts are rough sometimes, but that doesn’t excuse laziness and blatant rudeness.
