this location has definitely gone down hill since I have been a customer , I went yesterday to deposit $12 into the far atm , after putting my card in and inserting the cash , the atm decided it was not going to accept my cash and spit out just my $7 which was in singles ā kept the $5 ā¦.I sat in front of the atm and tried calling the branch and of course no answer so went inside - told the teller after waiting in line for about 10 mins and she just took my $7 and deposited it ⦠I said what about my $5 ? She told me to talk to a banker , say down , waited again ⦠this guy didnāt even get up to come to the seats , he sat in his corner desk and asked if I needed any help / like seriously , you lazy . This is not just every so often, this is essentially all the time. If I did not like the tellers, I would have left years ago. The bank has responded to many comments about their not answering the phone, and they consistently mention that they will refer this concern to the team.
