It was busy, we got an open table. We waited for food which is understandible. When we finally got the food after 40 minutes the food was food was OK 2 out of 5. We had the kids fish and chips meal $12, Cod fish and chips $25, and the Tour of Alaska seafood platter $49. Fish and chips were very soggy underneath, not crisp. This would have been rated a 3.5 but the value was just not there. Maybe $60 total would have been better than the $100+. Also the tarter sauce. Wow so bitter and gross. I thought it was bad and asked for it to be replaced. Found out from staff they add Peppercini juice to it🤮. I love Peppercini. I put them in breakfast and dinner meals. But this? Wow just someone trying to be cute with the tarter instead ruined the experience for me. Portions are average. Seafood platter Tour of Alaska just had two shrimp and two Scallions with some small fish and a Lot of Rice. Expectations for this place were average for a sit down seafood experience. Most likely because of the expensive price, and bitter tarter sauce won't dine here again. They did have a creamy garlic sauce that I tried after waiting for them to replace the tarter sauce. That was pretty good. The kids meal had two pieces of fish. That was probably the best deal. Not filling, but good enough for a small child. Truly disappointed I found out this was owned by Don Hose. Don lower the prices, increase the portions, hire more staff, and get rid of that awful tarter sauce. Oh and offer...
Read moreI thought the food was fine. I think it was overpriced for what it was and the portion sizes but I was satisfied. We had a weird situation where we got off the water taxi and had 3 or so hours to wait for our flight so we came here with our luggage which they were kind as to let us put it in a corner while we ate. We asked if they would allow us to leave it there while we walked around the boardwalk for an hour or so. They declined. All good and well. My boyfriend left an honest review as one of his dishes wasn’t the best and was one of the more expensive items. My problem was that when I came back to get my beanie that I’d dropped in the booth, the hostess gave me a rude look and said there was no beanie. I then found it in the booth immediately. Then as I was leaving our server verbally berated me for my boyfriend leaving a bad review. Spent over $200 here and won’t be coming back. I probably wouldn’t have left this bad review if she hadn’t berated me like she did. I was in the service industry for 10 years. Never once have I felt compelled to verbally berate someone who just paid me. Even if I didn’t get a tip,...

Stopped by Harbor Grill for dinner and tried the chicken strips with fries, Harbor Burger, and Chicken Alfredo with a side Caesar Salad.
The chicken strips had a crisp yet fluffy crust, which significantly upped the quality in our opinion. The fries were decent and met expectations. The Harbor Burger had a particular quality, but the flavor from the bacon jam didn’t quite hit the mark for me. However, the side pickle was crisp, which was a positive note.
The Chicken Alfredo was initially misleading, appearing quite basic upon arrival. However, the pasta and sauce were excellent, and the blackened flavor on the chicken elevated the dish. We’re big fans of Caesar salads, and while the ingredients were nice, the dressing could have been tangier. My wife ordered a mojito and mentioned it could have used a bit more lime. On a positive note, the lemonade was excellent.
The restaurant itself was very nice inside, and the service was excellent. However, it was a bit pricey for...
