B'ham Burger — Restaurant in Homewood

So far, Bham Burger quality is hit or miss. On Saturday 4/26/25, a take-out order consumed within 10 minutes was well-seasoned, hot and delicious. We fought over the entree. The burger and bun had incredible crispy edges withiut being tough/overcooked. Unfortunately, today (4/28/25) the food was awful. I don't like using that word, but as I sit here looking at a cold meal which I paid more $15 dollars for, I can't think of a more favorable description. Soggy, unsalted fries, bland meat, nothing crispy about anything. I hate it. Hate to give a bad review, hate overpaying for bad food, hate that this exciting new venue within a hundred yards of my home has been so...

The burger was delicious. Incredibly good. However, it took 50 minutes to get it. Once we got it, the fries were lukewarm, as if they'd been sitting there. Hubby was told they tend to get slammed on Monday's due to lack of staff. And Homewood schools were having a jazz concert. So try on a day other than Monday. And maybe specify fresh fries. But, do try it. Patty's are handmade. Fresh beef. Nice large burger. Prices a little steep. Cheeseburger was $10,99 and basket of fries $4.50. I did not get the sauce that comes on the burger. I ordered a basket of tater tots a hamburger a grilled cheese and a Philly cheese steak. This food was terrible. Not a drop of salt was used in any of the food. No flavor at all. I spent 41.40 for all of this and it was not worth it. Definitely avoiding this place if I ever come back...
