On October 22 at 5:00pm I went thru drive thru and ordered bogo tue chicken special they said drive up and I waited 16 min and went inside and ask about my order and the manager said oh It hasn’t been dropped yet so I waited another 15 or 20 min and ask the male manager and he said the same thing so after being ther over 45 min I ask to cancel my order and be given a refund . So the male manager ask for my receipt and said they would give me a refund.. Since I was given no receipts ask the male manager his first name so I could reference back if my refund didn’t show up. He made a scene and said I’m not giving you my name so I ask another employee what the first name of the manager was and the male manager yelled out loud making a scene yelling to other employees don’t give her my name. That was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant . It’s taken me this long to leave a review cause it upset me so bad. The male manager acted like he had no experience or training I can’t believe he said he was the manager. A child could do a better job. Please get better managers that are trained. Read moreTerrible terrible terrible service. Started at the drive thru, I wanted a minute to decide on an order and was rushed and basically forced to take the order. Didn’t ask what sides or how I wanted the chicken. I guess I was just going to get it how they wanted it. Asked for them to repeat the order just to get attitude and spoken so fast I could barely understand. I get to the window and the manager (assuming from the checked button down) wasn’t wearing a mask and was completely rude. 3 employees are currently standing outside smoking cigarettes, so I’m assuming that’s why it’s taking so long for the food to be ready. I am a manager in the industry and always tip my drive thru people when they are polite. Especially with it being a pandemic. So rare these days for drive thrus to be a pleasant experience and I promise you won’t find it here! Popeyes down the road is way better 🙃 I’ll take both my money and tips...
