I ordered online about 9:20 pm. Understandably they closed at 10. I got there to get my food around 9:35 pm. One of my pizzas they put out in the line so I had to sit and wait for my order. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, an order of 12 pepperoni poppers, an order of 10 barbecue wings, and an order of cinnamon rolls. I waited about 20 minutes to get my order. I had quite a few boxes so I assumed I had everything. They were open the latest so I went there as the one closest to me closed at 9:45 and I wouldn’t have made it in time which lets you know I stay across town. I got home and realized my pepperoni poppers were missing. I immediately called the store and got no answer which I figured as they should have been closed by then. I called them first thing when they opened today and a young man answered the phone. I let him know my issue and he stated he would get a manager. He stepped away from the phone and I heard him talking to a woman in the back ground explaining the situation. She immediately said “WHY DIDN’T SHE CALL LAST NIGHT?” With an attitude. So when she got in the phone I immediately corrected that. I stated “I heard you ask why I didn’t call last night. I did but you guys were already closed.” She got a little tongue tied for a moment and immediately passed the phone to someone else which I assume was maybe the owner. He stated he would look for my order and call me back. He called back about 10 minutes later and said I have your order pulled up, do you have cash app so I can refund the money. I thought that was very odd as I could easily come get the poppers. His explanation made no sense though he was very respectful. He stated is to Get the stress off the managers for have to look and see if a person is telling the truth or not. And in my mind I’m like I know the facility has cameras. I waited 20 minutes because they put the pizza I ordered out on the line. You guys couldn’t double check to be sure you gave me everything? As I said I had over 5 boxes. 3 box and 2 small so I assumed I had everything. Nope the smaller box was ranch. I just think I should have been able to get my poppers or at least a refund to my actual card and not cash app. That seemed very...
Read moreI'll be gentle, as they've only been open a week or two. First the good, you're greeted as you come in the door. The hourly staff are polite, and customer service oriented. A+. They've added stuffed crust, flatbread pizzas. Pasta(cavatelli) is available didn't try it, or the soup "de jour" both looked fresh including salad bar.i Second the not so good. It's not 399 anymore, I don't believe the salad bar should be right next to the register. It's one-sided so if they get busy it's a line to get your salad so if you're on a 30 minute lunch break skip the salad. They ran out of a couple of the pizzas a couple of times ( this of course being because 1. New 2nd.people have to grab half a pizza on their 7 inch plate) but they are fresh and hot and lacking any resemblance of flavor. No points off. Salad dressing comes in big syrup like containers (neat-o) blue cheese not good. Apparently, a manager meeting was going on as all of the management was there. One at a time going to sit with (I assume GM.) I was close, but still wasn't disturbed( I'm going somewhere with this) Wholelotta chiefs and indians, mgrs demeanour was poor AT BEST. No hi, thanks, hru but did however reprimand the hourlys in customer view..F. Real Bad.Cinnamon rolls half raw and had a metallic after taste.Brownies? More like sugar dusted roofing shingle. Pizzas barely topped. Chicken pizzas had maybe 1-3 tiny cubes on them (think half a sugar cube) Arcade game broke...ALREADY. lol. If you made it this far. I'm sorry. Overall...C- and that's kind. I'll try it again in a week or two...give them a chance to...
Read moreWARNING DO NOT EAT HERE: I wasn’t the only unhappy customer. I rarely go to Cici’s, but it was after 8 PM, and my family and I had been out shopping. We just wanted something quick so we wouldn’t have to cook.
The first thing we noticed was that there were only a few slices of pizza left—and a spinach pizza that no one wanted. We went to get something to drink, but there wasn’t any ice, the floor wasn’t swept of cleaned.
At that point, we decided to leave and asked for a refund. The girl at the counter didn’t say anything, just pointed to a sign that said, “No refunds.” Shortly after, an elderly couple came in and experienced the same situation.
That’s when I started getting upset, especially because the girl at the register got disrespectful and said, “I’m not the cook.” The couple called the refund number, and while they were on the phone, the manager finally came out—from wherever she had been during the 40+ minutes this was all happening.
Then, another customer mentioned that he had been waiting over an hour for two pizzas—a cheese and a pepperoni. When he spoke to the manager, she responded rudely and even cursed at him. FAST FORWARD ⏩ I have a video of the rude manager trying to kick the guy out. Overall I felt bad for the people especially the elderly couple for being taken advantage of. And the workers that took the hit because their manager was out doing who knows what until 30 minutes before closing time.
I didn’t proofread or check to see if this made sense due to being...
