Dunkin' — Restaurant in Homosassa Springs

Love most the people that worked here rarely have ever had a issue what so ever. Sadly this morning I am almost speechless. I had went threw drive thru no one in line ahead or behind me ordered everything bagel lightly toasted made my self very clear politely w/cream cheese and a order of hash browns. Very simple. Pulled up and when I was told price I handed over the money and was told that she would be right back with my change.. I replied yes ma'am take your time. She said thankyou and continues to inform me she will be right back with order. I never received my change or receipt and had to wait 6,7 minutes for her to bring me my order which I had no problem with it. Also to note my order was only $3 and change and I had given her four single dollar bills. Also it is early in the morning so I was in route to work and figured the change wasn't a big deal and didn't check my order. Not only was my bagel not slightly Toasted (could not even but threw) but hash browns were very undercooked in most the middle of every single hash brown. Highly disappointed and feel my business wasn't good enough almost as if I wasn't supposed to ever go back there again. I don't know y'all can be the judge based off...

This is the Dunkin’ Donuts location on 599 Stone way in Inverness Florida. I was delivering for DoorDash and received a request for an order at this location. When I arrived there were four people in line. All adults. I was in line for 15 minutes ( totally unacceptable as I am on a time crunch through doordash). Small order of three items took 10 minutes for them to fulfill. The worst part of this experience was while I was waiting for the order to be fulfilled a “ HUGEMONGOUS - COCKROACH” came out from under one of the racks on the counter! Totally disgusting! Regardless, I delivered the food items to the requester but I had to tell her about the cockroach situation! I felt it was only fair as if I was ordering food I would like to be told as well and let me be the decision maker as to whether I eat that food or not. Personally, I would not eat that food after what I saw! This particular location has gone down in quality and service over the past six months. The place is cramped and has a certain smell beyond the coffee aroma that I believe explains the cockroach. The floors were sticky as well on this visit....

I love dunkin, but this place is not the one. Everytime I go there it takes exponentially long, even if they are not that busy. Since i go to dunkin all the time, I thought maybe my past experiences at this place were just a one time thing, but I do not think it is. I decided to mobile order a walk in today just so I can grab it and be out if there since I do not like paying with my card in store. When I walked in I checked the counter to make sure if it was made yet but it wasn't, so I decided to wait patiently since someone was at the register waiting and I didn't want to be rude. The customer at the register (who was inside before i pulled into the parking lot) was still waiting for their order to be taken. It took them 6 minutes of me being inside before someone even addressed us waiting, telling us they will be with us shortly. In total it took over 10 minutes for them to get to my order even though their were only 3 people inside (Someone came in a few minutes after me to order). Fyi, i just ordered an...
