Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Hondo

Yo no se que tiene la dueña de este restaurante. Yo no se si que la dueña se esta haciendo mas mayor de edad o que si su negocio esta haciendo mas peor que nunca. En antes ella fue mas amigable conmigo y platicaba conmigo y todo pero ahora a cada vez que yo voy a alla ella apenas me reconoce o me saluda. Ella es muy mas amigable con otros clientes del restaurante pero ella parece que ni me reconoce y ella me ha conocido bien y todo mi familia como clientes por muchos años. Su restaurante ya no tiene el bufete. Yo en antes siempre fui a sentar y comer adentro cuando tuvieron el bufete pero ahora yo solo llevo unos ordenes para llevar a cada vez en cuando pero ella ya no es amigable conmigo. Yo creo que la dueña tiene muchas problemas personales porque yo una vez la vi gritar a alguien y ella tiene una lista que dice "no aceptar cheques de estas personas" y tiene los nombres en la lista colgado en el muro para que ven cual quier persona. Ella tambien tiene una copia de la licencia de conducir de alguien y una nota que dice "comió no se pagó" y el cheque que la cliente no se pagó para que cual quier persona puede ver. Cada dueño de cualquier negocio tienen malas experencias con clientes pero eso no quiere decir que los tienen que exponer para que cualquier persona los pueden ver y avergonzarlos posiblemente. Todos las mesas tienen un señal que dice algo como los clientes deben pagar lo que comen sin importa que si le gusta el sabor de la comida o no. Yo nunca he visto esas cosas que tiene la dueña en ningun otra parte o restaurante. No me gusta hacer esta decision pero ya no voy por alla. I don't know what's the owner of this restaurants problem. I don't know if the owner is getting older or if her business is doing worst than ever. Before she was always friendly with me and she would talk to me and everything but now every time I go there she barely even acknowledges me or barely even says hi. She is a lot more friendly with other customers of the restaurant but she acts like she doesn't even remember me and she has known me and all my family very well as customers for many years. Her restaurant doesn't have the buffet anymore. Before I would go inside to sit down and eat when they had the buffet but now I just take an order to go every once in a while but she is not friendly with me anymore. I think the owner has a lot of personal problems because I once saw her yell at someone and she has a list that says "do not accept checks from these people" and she has the names on the list hanging on the wall so that anyone can see. She also has a copy of someone's driver's license and a note that says "eat don't pay" and the check that the customer did not pay for anyone to see. Every business owner has bad experiences with customers but that doesn't mean they have to expose them for anyone to see and possibly embarrass them. All the tables have a sign that says something like customers must pay what they eat no matter if they like the taste of the food or not. I have never seen those things that the owner has in any other place or restaurant. I hate to make this decision but I will not...

I would love to give them a good review but I cannot. Other reviewers stated how good their buffet was so we went there for it. No buffet. I got the pork in garlic sauce And hubby ordered a seafood dinner with fried rice. There was no garlic in my garlic sauce and it was very clear as opposed to the rich brown that it usually is. My husbands fried rice was yellow Rather than the light brown that is typical. No soy sauce as is customary and no Vegetables were present such as bean sprouts. It didn’t even taste like fried rice.
