Sorellas Boutique — Local services in Hondo

Don’t shop at this boutique, extremely rude owner, and Sorellas Boutique is misleading the consumer that we can’t trust the sizes on their rack. The employee with long straight black hair said yesterday the Crazy Train has a lot of mess ups with their sizes.. they vary. Why would they sell it if you can not trust the sizes on the rack? Then, when you try to return or exchange an item, they do not honor their return policy. That is, they count Sunday’s, that are closed business days, as days toward their return policy. I went there to show them the strange size variance and expecting that I would be able to exchange the clothes and the owner said that I was over the 10 day return policy, which in fact was the 10th business day. I was within the written return policy. They include the closed Sunday’s which made it 12 days and they would not let me exchange anything. The employee also said I cannot return clearance items. I didn’t buy any clearance items. She didn’t even look at what I wanted to return. The owner was very mean in talking to me about my return. I was shocked at her tone, and bitter attitude towards my questions on exchanging the clothes. Stay away from this place, you will not be treated fairly and if you ask the owner questions about returns, she will have a condescending tone and attitude towards you. Shop at the 2 Bizzy B’z Boutique at the corner. Very friendly owners and employees and they gladly exchange items for you at the 2 Bizzy B’z Boutique and they have great prices… much better...

We have a ton of Jon Hart stuff, a bunch of Brümates, and most of her clothes are Crazy Train. Which are cute clothes in larger sizes.
