After several parties ordered after us , I was still left waiting for my coffee(the rest of my party had gotten their order already). After addressing my order I was told that they “forgot” about my order . I walked in to finally pick up my coffee and the white female taking orders behind the register didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for her lack of attention on completing our order and VERY RUDELY told me to exit the shop “ONE PARTY AT A TIME , ONE PARTY AT A TIME” (there was only 1 other adult in the shop placing an order ) ….(I am Mexican, I reside here , I shouldn’t be treated different because of my skin color, majority of the other people in the parties that came in after us where of lighter complexion) - the coffee was delicious , but the service was unfortunate, will not...
Read moreHonolulu has some famous cafes around, and I tried many of them. While many of them were pretty good, this was where I had my best coffee in all of Oahu. It's located a little out of popular zone but it makes the place all the better. It's where mostly locals come to get their coffee. Small but charming, their designs and interiors are very nice. But of course what matters the most is the coffee. I really loved their house blend, and latte was best in town as well. We came back again to get coffee here again on our last day on the island.
