Not sanitary, they do NOT clean your lashes before procedures and if you want them cleaned it is a $15 up charge!!!!

We’ll start with parking. No one ever reached out on where to park. I guess it’s across the street. Ok. So, the building is bizarre and like a maze. I could not find the room. It’s also yucky. Not nice. I was a few minutes late but they were fine with it. In addition, I tried to call but there’s no phone number on the web page and there was no way to contact them with the text confirmation.

So idk who she was but she said I had mascara on, which I don’t. I did have a little eyeshadow under my eyes as I had cancer and lost part of my lower left lids lashes. It’s normal looking with the reconstructive surgery but I’m missing a few lashes on the lower outside of that eye. So I always touch it up with a little brown shadow.

So she gives me some stuff to clean my lashes and says to go to the bathroom. I’m like, where’s the bathroom? She says across the hall. Omg! What an incredibly nasty bathroom. So I use the makeup remover and then a foam lash wash. Literally my shadow came off. I have blonde hair and very dark brown lashes by the way.

So I go back and lay down. She then insists I still have mascara on. I don’t. But that’s not the issue. They don’t clean your lashes before doing before doing the procedure. Omfg! Let me say that again. Cleaning your lashes before a lash lift is an up charge. Are you serious?!?! This gave me the ick all over. I have been getting lash lifts for years and years. I have been to a couple places so I know the basic standards. One of which is cleaning the lashes before doing anything. They should not have lotion or oils or anything on them. So, I said I’m going to leave. This is not sanitary.

I have added a picture of my lashes so to be crystal clear, that is what she kept saying I have mascara on. Just wow?!? Why not just charge the $15 more from the beginning. Lashes need to be cleaned before you do anything to them.

Oh and they do have parking and will validate. But yeah I don’t care. Go at...

Hello, I have been a regular at Lani Lashes and finally i have the time to share what i thought about the services.

When i visited her, i didn’t know anything about lashes professionally. With that in mind, she did my first ever lash extension!. She was very kind and patient for a first timer customer like me that didn’t know what to get or idea of what look i’m going for 😅. But before the visit, i found her website and showed a picture what i wanted my lashes to look like and that’s it! I just trusted her with everything!. It also help that she got ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review from other customer, so there’s that!. I was not mistaken! After that i just love what she did!!! My lash extension was so light weight, not overly done just perfect!, i get compliments because it looks just so natural! I really love it, can you tell? Lol

And then just recently! She told me about the LED lash technique that she just started doing from Japan. First time she did it to me i really tested the longevity and resistance of falling off without treating it as an extension! I wash my face like i don’t have them! I was really surprise cause she did told me that the LED technique would hold and a lot more better than when she use glue to attached the extension. Again! She DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The LED technique is a lot more better! The first picture bellow is a 3 weeks lash and as you can see it’s still quite full ☺️ that’s after treating it like my natural lashes lol

The second and third picture were after the 3 week refill which i love so much!! 💜🫶. If you’re gonna ask me pr thinking of getting an LED lash technique with Lani, get it girl!! I highly recommend you will not be...

I found Sachi after my friend came to my house to show me how amazing her new eyelash extensions were so I book myself to get mine done. I booked online, but decided I would reach out to Sachi directly to see if she could squeeze me in sooner since I was traveling and needed them done ASAP! She replied very fast and got me in the next day!

When I got there, she made me feel so welcomed and thanked me for choosing her to do my lashes! She asked me what I was looking for and made suggestions based on my eye shape and size. I told her that after seeing her IG page, I trusted her with my lashes so whatever she thought was best, I would get! Sachi made me feel so relaxed and we had the best time chatting while she got to work. After she was finished I ALMOST stared tearing because of how much I loved them! She booked me for a fill 2.5 weeks from that day. And I left a very happy customer!

Here is the thing...I had an issue keeping my lashes on during the next week. I might have not been used to them but after 5 days I wanted another fill, so I texted Sachi to show her what happened and she took care of me right away! I was able to see her the next day and then recommended I use a “flat” type of lash since my natural lashes are a little thin. She said that those lashes will hold better to my real lashes and they did! She was so sweet and accommodating and she really knows what she is doing and how to create beautiful NATURAL lashes specific for her clients eyes. I am so so happy I found Sachi who is such a sweet and kind soul! I’m going to continue to come back to her for life!...

I have gotten so many sets done by many lash artists. SADE is one of, if not, the BEST lash tech on island, hands down! She’s super sweet and easy to talk to, so it was a breeze trying to discuss my goals w her. She also took my goals and made it better! The lashes were SO good at the end! Best set I ever had. A bonus was that I fell asleep during the session because the aesthetic and chair were super comfy. I have had great retention so far. 10000/10 Will be going again!
