This is a shared facilities residence. The rent is cheap, but you are renting a room with a bed and a desk and chair. There are shared bathrooms and showers on each floor. There is a common kitchen with fridges and freezers shares by all the tenants, as well as a tv area to sit. Rooms are fairly small and gets pretty bot in the summer.
