I just had to share this with you all! I've walked by this spot many times and every time, the amazing smell made me want to try it out. Today, I finally did and I can't wait to go back! The chicken pad thai was absolutely delicious, and the Tom yum soup was just out of this world. I think I'll go for a spicier option next time, but the broth was so good that I wanted to ask for a cup of it just to drink! Stumbled on this place right off base around lunch time. This “shack” is no fast food joint. Everything is made to order, so it takes about 10 mins to get your food after ordering. But the wait is well worth it!

We ordered the pangang curry and Thai boat noodles. Both were flavorful and fresh! For $12-$13 per meal, this was a large helping. I will say, the Thai boat noodles did have some chunks of lemongrass, cloves, and other sneaky flavor bombs that can get intense if you aren’t careful to pick them out.

Yuck. Who puts cheese on a fresh roll? Not the Thai not the Vietnamese. And who uses egg noodles? It's supposed to be rice noodles. It was so mushy it made me gag. And they gave me this super tiny container of sauce for those 2 summer rolls. Make sure if you go you tell her no cheese and no egg noodles. That's not how they do it in Vietnam nor Thailand.
