I Love Country Cafe — Restaurant in Honolulu

Delicious food, truly delicious, but the customer service is pretty bad. The wait is long almost every time even in the non-rush hours and the communication between cashier and kitchen staff is pretty much nonexistent. When you order you risk them not even passing your order back or passing it back, it’s completed, but nobody is up front to give it to you so your ticket just sits there with your food.

The service is terrible, they barely acknowledge you are there. The food took 20-30 minutes to be finished, and you would have thought that since it took so long it would be fresh. It was the opposite, the food was stale and hard to chew. After about two minutes I had to throw my food away because it was so disgusting. Ordered the eggs Benedict beef brisket with a bottled water. I asked for a cup of ice for my water and was charged an additional 89 cents. The eggs had a bit of egg shell in it, the brisket was ok but had some fat i had to cut off, the eggs were over cooked. It came with a lot if potatoes.
