This location of Ramen Ya is pretty solid. Haven't tried their other locations, but I do hope they are as good as this one. I was eating there pretty late into the day around closing time, so there are certain variables that I missed earlier in the day that could have affected my visit.
Info I have gathered of the restaurant:
The inside of the restaurant is a bit small, but has lots of good seating options when you arrive at a non-busy time. Finding a parking spot during a non-busy time is easy and you will be able to get some good spot close by with ease. I don't have a car, but from a lot of the open spots that I have seen when I went to eat around closing time, you won't have issues for a late time meal.
The menu:
The options on the menu are in abundance, so it can fit most ramen tastes from savory to spicy. Had a decently sized kids menu and good soft drink options. The options for sides is pretty good. Comes on a decently sized laminated printed paper sheet.
The food:
I ordered the ramen Big Bowl and the 6pc gyoza. When they say big bowl, they mean it. Comes with a good helping of toppings, noodles, and broth close to the brim of the bowl. Came right to me piping hot, but some of the toppings a little bit chilly. A slight bother, but no huge problem for me. Just put it in the broth to warm it up quickly. The gyoza was pretty good as well. Definitely like how crispy the got the bottom of it. Helps brings out some of the flavor of the wrapping along with the filling. If you are thinking about eating a lot, definitely just go with the big bowl with no sides. You will be filled up by that. But if you want sides, go with the regular options of ramen and a side. Overall, eating all of it, I was stuffed.
The price I paid:
It is decently priced for what you get. Good and fast service, and some good food to go with it.
The service:
Good and quick service.
The overall:
A solid ramen place if you want to stay pretty close to the base. 4/5 stars from me, mostly to keep it at a realistic score so people can read about the...

When my husband and I got into the restaurant she did not greet us, barely looked at us. We sat down, she tossed the menus on the table and walked away. My husband had to flag her down so she could take our order. She acted as if we were bothering her or inconveniencing her that we asked for our order to be taken. After taking our order, she quickly walked away, no pleasantries....not a word. Some of our food was served cold when it should have been. We called her over to place a to go over, again acted as if we were bothering her. She turned away really fast to leave and my husband had to flag her down again to get to go boxes. She put the check on the table, no word and then the boxes, no word. When we were waiting in line to pay, there was another family in front of us paying. This girl was smiling and told them "thank you for coming and have a great day". When it came to us, she snatched the check out of my husband's hand and our card with no eye contact and said no word at all. She ran the card, slapped the receipt and said nothing.... didn't even look at us. I have never in my life experienced anything like this before. After we left, I called the restaurant to file a complaint and she answered. I asked for the manager and she replied that they were not there. I asked for contact info, she claimed it didn't exist. I asked when the manager would be there, she didn't know. I asked for the corporate number, she didn't have that either. Side note, we sat right in front of the kitchen and I saw one of the cooks drinking his soda from his can and then went directly to cutting broccoli without washing his hands or wearing gloves. This place is terrible. The ramen is mediocre at best (the ramen broth had a weird taste to me. The chicken katsu curry was pretty good though). I wouldn't recommend this...

If you're planning to indulge in some delicious Ramen, make sure to keep an eye on your bank statement afterwards. My husband and I recently dined at a Ramen restaurant, where I left a generous $3 tip โ considering my experience.โ To my dismay, I later discovered that someone had added an $11 tip without my consent! ๐
When I reached out to address the issue, the staff feigned ignorance and offered no resolution. Disappointed by both the unauthorized charge and the uncleanliness of the establishment, I demanded a full refund. The black garlic Ramen was a letdown - the meat tasted stale and the overall hygiene was questionable. My uneaten bowl spoke volumes.
To top it off, the service was lackluster, with our waiter disappearing after delivering our food and bill. The food itself was subpar, reminiscent of dirty dishwasher water. Witnessing a chef handling food without proper hygiene practices left me utterly appalled.
Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated. If you decide to dine here, do so with caution. Your dining experience may not be as savory as you'd hope. ๐ซ๐ฝ๏ธ #CustomerBeware...
