Yummy Korean Bar-B-Q — Restaurant in Honolulu

New to island and was at the NEX, so I decided to give it a try. I was highly disappointed. It started with the lack of care when I was ordering my food. One young lady was leaning on the counter as if she was debating even helping me. I ordered a BimBop with extra vegetables. The extra vegetables is on the side and you have to choose one, can’t have them mixed. Got my food and thought I was going go enjoy it until about 10 bites in, I got something crunchy. It was part of an eggshell. I went back to the counter and showed the young lady and she acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. I LOVE Yummys and have been going to the Moanalua shopping center one for years. I just happen to be at this Pearl Harbor location and approched the young lady at the counter and she immediatly said, "we not open yet." And walked away. She did not say what time they do, so I POLITLY asked, she turns all irritated saying, "10:30" I looked right at her and said, "wow, kinda grouchy already, maybe try smile" she did not flinch. It was 10:23 and I would not have mind just waiting until they open, but not after such a warm greeting. SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR and OBVISOUSLY HATES...

Wow! Huge portions, I got the Regular sized Spicy BBQ Pork with 4 veggies and 2 scoops of rice for $15.99 plus a 4pc Yaki Mandu for $2.49. Pork was delicious, but not overly spicy, cucumber, regular, and bean sprout kimchi were all good, and so were the glass noodles. Recommend getting the "mini" with only 2 veggies and one scoop of rice unless you are starving...I will probably share with my 11yo next time as there was plenty to share. Will definitely...
