My family, service dog, and friends have supported this establishment on numerous occasions. Additionally, I have personal connections to employees at this location, including close friends and family members.

On the night of November 11, 2024, my sister and I entered the establishment. Upon our arrival, Sophie, an employee, appeared visibly intoxicated and belligerent. She confronted us aggressively, holding her hands in my face and using inappropriate language. Sophie falsely claimed that my service dog’s presence would require her to send two employees home due to alleged allergies.

Given the severity of her claim, I approached the two employees in question, one of whom is my goddaughter. Both employees denied the allegations, responding, “Aunty, she’s lying.” It is important to note that my service dog has frequented this establishment many times without incident or issue raised by management.

During this altercation, two police officers outside the establishment attempted to assist, recognizing Sophie’s impaired state. My sister, who works for a law firm, requested accommodations consistent with the law, including the use of a private back room we had utilized previously. She also reminded Sophie that denying access to a service dog is a violation of federal and state regulations. Despite this, Sophie continued to behave erratically and refused to cooperate.

To de-escalate the situation, my sister advised our invited guests to leave the premises, noting that we would address the matter legally. Since the incident, my legal counsel has made several attempts to contact the owner and Sophie to resolve this issue amicably, but no response has been received.

Given the lack of cooperation, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal remedies to address...

Went in the late afternoon/ early evening. Sophie and Brooke were very nice, or food was cooked as we ordered. The sound was good for karaoke. Later more customers came in to shoot pool. A lot of tvs spread throughout to watch and view when singing. Clean. Overall comfortable place to hangout...

I was not at all impressed with this place. Disappointing at best. Sorry not...
