rolled up to the hooksett location at 8:45 pm a whole 15 minutes before closing only to find the open signs already off like they were hiding from responsibility. so we called, hoping maybe someone just jumped the gun. nah. the guy answers and casually hits us with, “unfortunately, i’m already putting things away.” oh. okay. so now we’re playing “let’s pretend we’re closed” instead of, i don’t know… doing your job? i didn’t realize “putting things away” meant the last 15 minutes of your shift are just ✨optional✨ for customers. love that for you. must be nice to decide your own closing time depending on vibes. imagine being a business that advertises being open until 9 but mentally clocks out at 8:40. if that’s the case, maybe slap a little disclaimer on your sign: “open until 9, unless we’re tired or just not feeling it.” so thanks, aroma joe’s , hooksett. you didn’t make me a drink, but you did make sure i never waste my time here again. i came for caffeine, not the attitude. keep the coffee i’ve...

The flavor choices are ENDLESS. Ok, maybe not technically endless, but I'm still trying different flavors and combinations 8 years later. I love a sugar-free rush with amaretto. I also tried some amazing iced Irish Cream deliciousness recently. The baristas are super friendly and are always great for recommending new drink ideas. Noelea is my top favorite drink connoisseur at Aroma Joe's. She has whipped me up some questionable flavor combos that have turned out to be absolutely delicious every time. The Cajun hashbrows are a snacky snack MUST!! For a warm drink, on a crisp fall day, get a large London Fog two tea bags. Chef's kiss.

I honestly adore this Aroma Joe’s location and company. They are always so pleasant to interact with that every time I go it genuinely makes my day better. They’re always way appreciative when you tip them and they’ve never gotten my orders wrong. They have higher quality teas and coffees that are better than Starbucks and Dunkins in my opinion and I have never disliked anything I have ordered ever. Like 10/10 love this one. Best attitudes/best teas, so many options for flavoring and caters to people with specific tastes and preferences. Best coffees/teas and best service.
