Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Hoover

This is June 2, 2018. Understand one thing before reading our review here. Just because I'm in this wheelchair I don't ever expect any handouts free. We have money and don't need a free meal. We only want what we pay for. Most of you just settle for what food places dish out to you. Never thinking what you paid out for it and they know you'll never speak out and they make a killing off you. My wife and I was at this place today. Ordered a #3 meal and upped the fries to large. Knowing they'd charged more I told the help to make sure they filled the cup up to the top as it should be. Not half way as they do. She told me she'd see what we paid was done but she never told anybody anything at the window. When we got to a table and took everything out of the beg as always the cup of fries was half full. That #3 meal cost like hell as it was and to ask for a large and pay more you'd expect the cups to be at least to it's top. This whole company at all locations is a ripoff with the amount they charge their customers. That meal today was over $9.00 and didn't get but half what I paid for. Shame on Chick-Fli-A! We are going to stop being their sucker. Let all those other FOOLS keep sucking up to Chick-Fli-A. There's other chicken places than them. They are making a killing...

I visited this Chick-fil-A yesterday while at the mall and I must say that this is the worst experience that I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I placed my order on the mobile app while standing at the counter and it appears as if they may have been short-handed, however these employees were not very friendly, like the Fultondale, AL location. They did not greet you. But, this is not the worst of it. I received my order and the waffle fries tasted as if they had been under the heater for hours. I have to admit these were the worst waffle fries that I have EVER received from Chick-fil-A. I couldn't even eat them! Mine you, I go to a Chick-fil-A atleast 15 times a month, so this was so upsetting. Then the Pimento Sandwich that I fell in love with this season and I have been ordering this sandwich for the last 10 times over the span of a month; was absolutely AWFUL. The bun was already soggy and falling apart, the chicken patty wasnt even room temperature. Atleast I know to NEVER, EVER go this Chick-fil-A location again. If you go, please check your food...

Came by on a saturday and the place was beyond packed. 2 lanes for the drive through wrapped around the whole building, with a traffic guard directing the whole thing. My first thought was ..do I want Chic fil A this bad. I did, so I entered the drive through line expecting 20 minn at least. To my suprise and shock, I was through the line paid, and food in hand in about 5 minn. The parking lot was immaculate, as I observed an employe swiftly circling the entire parking lot 2 times sweeping up debris in a dust pan. I was thouroughly confident that my food was well cared for and clean too. Everyone that I saw working looked like they were happy to be there as well. I have been in management before and understand what it takes to run an establishment this way. I would give this Chic fil A 10 stars if it existed as a choice. I am extremely impressed and will be back. I would also reccomend to anyone else. Everyone should get a raise, especially...
