By far my favorite place to eat in the Riverchase Galleria, and I've happily been a loyal patron for the past few months. Being especially fond of ethnic foods, I've tried every other asian-styled restaurant in the Café and no others compare, at least in terms of taste and food quality. They give very generous portions for relatively cheap, their food is ALWAYS fresh, and their service is exceptionally friendly. While I've tried most every dish they offer (and have always finished satisfied) I find the Orange and Pineapple Chicken to be my favorites. UPDATE: Since first writing this, it appears they have upped their noodle game. Don't get me wrong - it's mall ramen, but it's way better than expected mall ramen, and the floury doughy noodles are gone.
When they first opened up, several months ago, would've given them 4, maybe 5 stars as a mall ramen joint. It seems now, though as unfortunately many restaurants do after a strong start, they've started to cut corners - for the moment it's with the ramen noodles. They've recently switched to a cheaper, more doughy noodle and it is just like chewing a ball of flour as it accumulated in your mouth. Not good.
