Wings R King — Restaurant in Hoover

The young lady at the register was extremely rude and argumentative. I tried to place the order previously in store and resorted to using DoorDash because she was so inconsiderate. She did not apologize nor did she try to resolve the problem. She turned me over to an employee that had only been working there for two days. The new hire became so frustrated she attempted to walk out and quit. One of the cooks attempted to take my order but was unable to understand the POS system. It took almost 30 for them to take just my order, which in turn caused people to walk out who had been standing in line and other Dashers had to wait longer than necessary. And even after I REORDERED my food on DoorDash, the same young lady ignored me when I came to pick up my food and refused to apologize for the disservice. I have never experienced such disrespect and poor customer service from one person. And I will never pay $2 for all flat wings, which is what she tried...

PRETTY D@MN GOOD! I literally Google search Wings near Me and this place popped up. And they did not disappoint.

I called in a pick up order ( I was about 10) mins away. When I walked in I was greeted by staff and then serviced. Normally for none franchise wing places the customer service is below par. But the vibes were opposite here.

Checked out my plate. And everything looked good. It tasted even better. I got a 6 Piece teriyaki wing combo. The wings were perfect, not fried too hard, cooked throughly and plenty of flavor. The fries didn’t look like they were gonna hit on nun but Lawd they were good.

The only CON I can come up with is that my punch drink felt like 90% ice. So if you order Tell them light ice. RECOMMEND if your in the Bham/Hoover area **sorry I don’t...

The food was absolutely amazing! 8 highly suggest that if you like wings then you've definitely gotta try this place out. Hands down the best wings I've ever had! Seriously, the best! As for the service it definitely could've been better as far as the guy behind the counter taking my order, he could've been a little more helpful when explaining the menu ECT... Lastly, the atmosphere. Wait! What atmosphere? There is no atmosphere. Seriously, go check this place out and then get back at me about an atmosphere. I'll let you be the judge of that.
