Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hopatcong

Not a fan of Dunkin Donuts and this experience just confirms why. Made a delivery to the post office around back and needed a cup of coffee for my drive back home. Ordered a small coffee with cream and sugar on the side knowing that no matter how you order you coffee from Dunkin Donuts you get it light and sweet. As I left the Dunkin Donuts I can feel through the paper of the cup that my coffee was piping hot so I decided to drive for a bit to let it cool down. After I pulled over to add my condiments to my delicious beverage I made a horrible discovery. You guessed it... It was already prepared for me just the way I hate it. Light and sweet! Unbelievable!!! I'm done with you...

Bringing my friend and his daughter who was in hospital for a few days and she wanted a couple of doughnuts. So we stopped in at 8:35pm on Tuesday night. As we get counter both employees are throwing all the doughnuts which were alot IN THE TRASH!! Girl was so bummed out. I know you close at 9pm so wouldn't you wait till your closed and then don't feed the hungry or Homeless but throw in trash. I guess they leave and lock up at 9pm. Great way to make a girls bad day get worse. As long as these employees (Kids) get out at 9pm and don't get Triggered and thier feelings hurt. God Forbid work a couple 10 minutes overtime I'm Done Lost Another One....

Come here if you want to get ripped off. I ordered a small coffee and was handed a medium. I asked what size I paid for which they replied “medium” but said they could give me a small instead with no refund for the difference. $7 when I should have spent $3 and change. Def got ripped off. Won’t be coming back here.
